My mother is doing very well at the Phoenix Assisted Care. The place is clean and well maintained. When we first moved in, she was in a shared room but has now moved into a private room. The meals they provide are very good.
My loved one was a resident at Spring Arbor of Raleigh until they had a fire recently, which unfortunately displaced most of the residents. The staff at this facility was great. My loved one really liked the place. I liked it too, from my very first visit. Everything was great about my loved one's experience at this facility. It really was a great place!
The staff was very easy to work with, very sensitive to our needs and very helpful with all the things I may not realize I would need. Communication was excellent and my texts and calls during the process were always answered promptly. It was a difficult move at the time, but now my parents are thriving and have friends, activities and a safe and comfortable way to live. The physical and occupational therapists are the best. They enjoy the food and I am happy that I can rest assured they are receiving healthy food and meals that are good for them. They have taken advantage of the 15 minute assistance from the nurses or caregivers and also the nurse practitioner to visit when unable to get to the doctor. We would definitely recommend the facility. It has been great!
