Trustwell Living at Hunters Crossing Place Memory Care in Gainesville, FL
5.0

The staff and everything about our experience here has been great. My mom is doing very well - even experiencing the declines that she is having, overall her physical health has improved and she is in really good spirits. I would definitely recommend Hunter Crossing Place to others who are needing memory care for their loved ones.

Educate yourselves to the extent possible in regard to terminology, their specific financial options, and what the patient actually wants in terms of late-life care. Then, don't be afraid to lean (even heavily) on your APFM rep. Mine was great at explaining what I didn't know, and in getting me into a proper mode of thinking. My mom was NOT terribly cooperative throughout the entire process, but she's back home now because of the excellent advice I received.

Vintage Care of Palatka

They are friendly & caring. It is always very clean. My husband is in their daycare which is a big help to me. He seems to be enjoying it much more than his first experience but I know it takes time for him to adjust. For the first time, this morning he said it was time to leave for Vintage. Believe me this was "music" to my ears.

Some things are disappointing and others are great. Immediately we discovered that the length of time for the meals was shorter than their brochures and even shorter than what was posted in the hall. Hmmm....
