Just wish I had moved him sooner. We really like the hominess. I felt like I was a part of the family. I was always welcome to dine with him. His last meal was Thanksgiving and I fed him and I also had a plate. He enjoyed their food. They quickly learned his likes and dislikes. They do need better recliners for the ones they keep in the great room to watch. We thought we liked another care facility but when we saw SO, we knew we wanted [name removed] here.
My mother enjoys the activities they have scheduled for the residence very much as well as the trips to Walmart, local stores and other areas of interest. She recently had a hospital stay and they've been very good about checking on her bringing her meals up when she needs it, and all in all we are very very pleased with Collier Park and [name removed], and would readily recommend it to anybody.
What we like the most about the Brookdale Lake Charles is the awesome and caring staff. They are friendly and the environment is clean. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Brookdale Lake Charles to other families and we have already recommend them.
