My mom was previously a resident at Collier Park. The entire staff at Collier Park was great! Communication with the family was good. My mom loves everyone there. I would definitely recommend the facility to others. Unfortunately, due to my moms advancing Alzheimer's, we had to move her in with us.

My mother enjoys the activities they have scheduled for the residence very much as well as the trips to Walmart, local stores and other areas of interest. She recently had a hospital stay and they've been very good about checking on her bringing her meals up when she needs it, and all in all we are very very pleased with Collier Park and [name removed], and would readily recommend it to anybody.

My mother was previously a resident at Collier Park and everything was great for her at this facility. We had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly. Communication with the residents was great. I ate a meal with my mother and I thought that the service was prompt and that the food was great. I would definitely recommend Collier Park to others.

The facility was wel maintained. Staff was very warm, accomodating and knowledgeable about their operations. My mothers initial reaction upon her first visit was " I could live at this place." One of our best decisions, I've made about my mothers living arrangments.

There's more than one thing we like, but probably the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the safety of the facility. There's always things for mom to do and she's happy, and based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

My loved ones are comfortable, safe and have the support that they need. It's a nice safe community. It's very conveniently located, to shopping, and etc.. It's perfect at meeting the needs of a population that needs help. They love the food. We picked this community It offered the most amenities, and it was a nicer building. I would recommend to other families.

I would definitely recommend, my mother seems to really like it and had met several nice people. The pool was not in a condition for swimming for a large portion of the summer other than that, all was good.

It depends on your situation with insurance and doctors. Make sure that the resident's doctors are on board and are going to provide support. Collier Park introduced me to a concierge doctor that comes to us instead of us having to go to them, which has been amazing. They've helped us in filing claims for long term care insurance, which was very frustrating trying to do on my own. Finding out who the expert is on long term care insurance within a community is critical. Had I known that at the beginning, I think it would have been much faster and easier for me. Know that there is going to be an adjustment period for everyone involved, not only for the resident, but also for the family of the resident and for the community itself. Be patient, be kind, and if you're feeling stressed out, go ask the facility director or anyone on staff to help you with it, because they will. They've taken good care of my loved one and our family.

I love being waited on. I walk out of my apartment and someone comes and cleans it. I am getting my exercise, than I ever have in the past. The community allows pets. All three meals are provided for the residents. We are able to eat in the dining room or in our apartment. They have exercise classes, bingo, happy hour, and more for activities for the residents to choose from. There is a full kitchen in the apartments. There are washers and dryers in the building for the residents to use. The monthly fee includes my room, housekeeping, internet, cable, electricity, and meals. They have someone who comes in to take care of our nails, and a beauty salon on site. There is even a room set aside for physical therapy. There is a swimming pool as part of the community. The staff are friendly and willing to help in anyway. They will come and remind you of the different things going on. There is a weekly activities calendar provided, along with the menu. There is an ala carte menu as well. There is transportation to Walmart doctor appointments, or any other location for the community to take the residents to.

I teach a bible study once a week and I love the staff here. they are always very helpful and on top of things.
