My loved one is currently a resident at Morada Cedar Hill and everything about the experience has been great. The staff and care services are great. The cleanliness and friendliness are also great. It's a beautiful facility! I would recommend Morada Cedar Hill to others.
The staff is very helpful. The location is great. Right across the street, there's a shopping center that has food, home improvement, restaurants, banks, gas - pretty much anything you would need, which is very convenient. The place is basically new, so the apartment is very nice. And it's a great place to call home.
Even though our loved one has only been there for a short while, the staff have really gotten to know her. Every time our family comes to visit they know us by name, they recognize our face and always greet us with a smile. The staff have no problem keeping us up to date with anything regarding our loved one. We did have a medical concern about a month in and the staff were very quick to notify us and help us with the situation The showed they have swift and quick response time and it says to us they were always paying attention to our loved one even during the night shifts

For seniors who would like to live primarily without personal care assistance but would like the advantage of having housekeeping maintained by professionalls, an Independent Living Community could be the perfect choice. Frequent needs such as housekeeping and the scheduling of social activities are taken care of, which permits residents more free time to live active lives as they desire. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and backgrounds. Typically consisting of a private living area and a full kitchen, these communities offer homes with many of the amenities of apartment life but with none of the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and there will be more time to spend with them with the basic maintenance of daily tasks out of the way. While policies differ between communities, many residences allow cats and dogs as well. If residents decide they would like to employ the services of private health care professionalls, they may always do so.
