The Right Place for the Right Time

We visited The Spring at Silverton during an open house occasion. The tour was great; the staff was patient, kind and answered all of our questions. My brother resides in an Independent Cottage, which is just the right size for him. He loves the garage, as he has not yet unpacked everything. Staff and associates recommended utility and internet companies. No pushy sales pitches.... Read more

The Springs at Silverton review

My particular Unit had not been properly dusted and cleaned after the painting had been redone. The Unit had been vacant for a while. The blinds and air conditioning ducts were full of dust. It was hard to breathe. An additional fee of [fee removed] per month is charged for activities, etc. which was not made known to me until I signed the lease. The Manager does not have control of the rental accounts which caused my two-month credit to be delayed in posting to my account. I had to notify the Manager that there was an issue which delayed the posting even further. I signed my lease on [date removed] , and, have seen three different Assistant Managers. I have spoken to other residents that have said that there is no stability in the position. The entire Community is supposed to be painted according to the Leasing Agent which has not happened. The compressor in my air conditioning unit went out over Labor Day, and, the Maintenance Manager came and fixed it within a couple of hours. The notification process was not difficult. I will tell you another thing. I am really impressed with how the grounds are maintained. Most residents are pleased with the Maintenance Staff and the Leasing Agent busts her rear to try to make the residents happy on a repeated basis.

My experience with the Springs is AWESOME! I've been here since October of last year with absolutely no complaints. Management and staff are top notch, I can't say thank you enough for all you've done!!! Also, I'd like to add personally how your insight, knowledge, encouragement, and expertise was the difference in my new search for an affordable new residence. Again, thank you so much for all you've done for me!!!

A nice place. Very clean. Updated.

They have all kinds of activities for seniors going on all the time. There's a swimming pool. They have game nights and dancing nights. There's a big TV area where they have dinners. It's a nice place with good people. The staff are great. The cost is on par with other places in the area. They offer studios, 1-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom apartments, as well as detached cottages, which are really nice. The facility is clean and secure, and they've done a lot of updates. The maintenance staff is great - you can turn in a request in the morning, and often you'll come home that same day and they've already taken care of it.

Nice, nice and nice. It is more independent apartment living. There was very few amentities offered and it would be like moving into an apartment. Not what I am looking for at this time.

We're very happy here

My wife and I live here and we like it very much. Everyone is friendly, we like our apartment, and everything works well. The staff is very cooperative, efficient, and answers all of our questions if we have them. They offer a ton of activities for everyone and have something going on all the time like bible studies, bingo, and a social hour almost every afternoon. They offer continental breakfasts in the mornings as well. The facility is kept very clean and they’re even remodeling a new open space. The landscaping is nice and is kept up with every week. The other residents seem to enjoy being here as well and a few of them have lived here for several years. One resident we know has been here for 18 years! I would be glad to recommend this place to anybody that’s interested in living in a 55+ community.

Attiva Park

So far Attiva has been a very satisfactory experience. The staff is helpful and attentive to my needs, the grounds are tidy, well maintained, and gated for safety. Even though it’s an over 55 apartment community, they still have a lot of activities so that the residents can socialize such as church services, bible studies, game nights, and wine and food get-togethers. I’ve been pleased living in Attiva So far, and I’d recommend it to others.
