This is a 55+ active adult community. No care, no meals/dining available. Most of the residents work full time. Activities are limited, pot luck dinners and movies weekly. Occasionally, some "Aging is cool" activities but are poorly attended. There has been an owner change since I moved here. Hopefully, new owners will be more concerned about maintenance. First floor units experience standing water in small yards with any rain. Entrance door to my building has standing water of 1-3 inches after rain. Only 3 elevators available and 2 of those have been out of order twice in my time here. The management staff here is very friendly but are short staffed since owner change. I do feel the new owners are working to upgrade the property. I do not intend to renew my lease at this time. My apartment is wonderful and I was given a good rate for it. My home is an odd, triangular shape and hard to rent, but it suits me. I would prefer a more standard apartment complex. When I think of "A Place for Mom ", I think of someone one needs occasional help. Something like hanging pictures, moving furniture, or assembling something. This is not that place. Solea is for someone who wants a quiet place with no maintenance. There are no children, no loud parties. All activities are over by nine pm. By ten pm most of the apartments are dark.

Caterers are mediocre and residents are expected to provide a lot [name removed]has brought food often which is a ++ for her. I expected more food provided and I think that would be good to know. Especially that there are a fair number of resident bring food events. Everyone enjoys different things and we can't all be happy with all the activities. Pick what you like and be grateful for those. Do something else if the activity doesn't appeal to you. I love living at Solea and I feel like the community saved me after my husband died. They offered friendship, camaraderie, places to go and things to do! I did not become an apartment hermit!! And I have a real sense of family. I think it's important to get out and about if you want to live a healthy life and no building can do that. You have to take some steps to meet people halfway

I love living here at Solea Tavolo Park 55+ Active Apartments. My husband and I have lived here a little over a year now. The staff is so friendly and caring. Whenever I’ve had an issue or a concern the office has help me resolve the problem to the best of their ability. I have enjoyed the workout classes and all the extra activities that are offered. We also have enjoyed the Friday afternoon happy hours getting to know the new residents or just visiting with our new friends. The residents here are awesome. We care about each other and try to help each other whenever a resident is in need.

The staff was great and the apartment was very nice, clean, and new with a beautiful pool. I guess liked the least would be parking, just not a lot of guest spaces, they full up quick. We chose them not only because they were the best price and location, they were also brand new, no one had ever lived in that unit before. It's a really pretty place.

Residents are very friendly and easily accommodate new comers. Always something going on and participation by residents is very good. Every Friday there is happy hour and residents who participate brings some type of dish for all to enjoy. Most of the time it's BYOB, but Solea sometimes hires bartender to serve beer and wine.

I am currently a resident at Solea Tavolo Park and everything has been great for me at this facility so far. The housekeeping is wonderful and cleanliness of the facility is great. The staff, friendliness, meals and activities are also great! The only thing that I would mention is that the placement of the gate code pad is nowhere near the gate. This is a great community! I would recommend Solea Tavolo Park to others.

I'm a resident at Solea Tavolo Park and I love living here. The people are so friendly and there are so many activities that I've had to get a calendar to keep track of what I'm doing. This is a 55+ Active Living apartment. They do not offer meals or caregivers. Everyone who lives here can function on their own. All of the apartments have kitchens and washers and dryers. They have one, two, and three-bedroom apartment options.

This community has been wonderful. They worked with me to get into the community. The community covers the trash, cable, and water bills. The only thing I have to pay is the electric bill. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. There is karaoke, snacks, holiday parties, and more. There is washer and dryer in the apartment that is included. I was able to choose my layout for my apartment as well. They have truly thought of everything! This is a 55+ community. The pool is excellent with three different levels of water. The staff are great to work with, and the maintenance is quick to resolve any requests.

A Place for Mom has scored Solea Tavolo Park 9.7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score.
