An excellent amount of care was given to my father in law in this community. The staff went above and beyond with all the help they gave us. The community was clean and the food was good. It was a very exceptional community. Highly recommended to family and friends.
It is an older community but recently renovate with apartments with adequate square footage. Staff was easy to work with even with a full upper management change. They were very caring when my father passed. I would and have recommended the community and A Place For Mom to others.
My sister is very happy at Harmony at Bellevue. It took a little longer than expected before an apartment was available and it wasn't exactly what had been discussed but Harmony went out of their way to make amends for the delay and the difference in apartment availability. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I especially like how family is kept informed about happenings and upcoming events at Harmony.

Independent living offers a stress-free lifestyle for older adults. Independent living communities don’t provide personal care or supervision, but do offer generally healthy adults opportunities for socialization and hassle-free living. Independent living services often include:
If you or your loved one desire the peace of mind of having your chores handled by professionalls while living the way you want, consider independent living. Seniors can live their lives as they wish while their meals are prepared by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are handled by staff, and recreational activities are organized and scheduled. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, surrounded by others of similar ages and interests. Residents’ quarters consist of a private living space with their own kitchen. The independence of apartment life is still enjoyed, offering an opportunity to socialize with guests and visitors in a private and personal setting. While policies vary between communities, a number of residences allow cats and dogs as well. If medical or nursing assistance is desired, residents may always utilize the services of independent care providers. There are a variety of expenses and benefits to balance while choosing an independent living community. It is important to figure out if these amenities are covered in the care plan: Waiting list deposit, internet access, private phone, utilities, field trips, move-in fee, laundry, and initial assessment fee. The luxuries that pertain to independent living include healthcare center, game/TV room, laundry service, concierge services, beauty salon & barber shop, security guards, fitness center & swimming pool, and community activities.
