Complaint: NO communication. Have a hard time talking to any managers & no one else can answer my questions/concerns. We would not recommend this community to other families until the communication improves. Mom is at a level one, so I'm not worried now. But if she gets worse, I will have to take time off work to run somebody down. I have peace of mind knowing Mom is being taken care of & she is safe. However, management needs to improve their communication with family.

The Jubliee was a far better place than the Nursing Home we came from. The Nursing Home was only interested in money and how they could make sure we stayed with them. They let him fall several times and did not report immediately to me. I believe they wanted him hurt so there was no choice for us but to leave him with them. My only concern about the Jubilee was not in their control I believe. They like a lot of places got short staffed and that did affect his care. I'd say one way to help with this is to be honest with the families and see if they have family or people that can help from time to time with their own family. I did this because I saw the need . It would have been nice to have been asked. I was thanked by the staff for helping. Also, in the end we got Hospice to come in and help. Most families do not know that Hospice is an option for six months to a year of a person passing away. I wished we would have known because we would have used them to help at the Jubliee before we did.

Based on the experience we have had so far with Jubilee House, it is a very clean community, the staff members are friendly and caring and we would recommend them to others. There is always room for improvement - the maintenance man is slow to respond to needs, but he is a nice guy.

It is a good facility, only issue we had was the employee turn over. But in general it's a decent place. We picked this community because, it was new it was a beautiful environment, the facilities were well taken care of. And the people were very nice and competent.

They've been very helpful. With their help, my mom is now in better physical condition after moving in. Overall the staff have all been really friendly. The building has been nice and clean every time I've been in it. And they offer a lot of activities.

They offer housekeeping, laundry services, and activities all included in the price. Great for someone that finds them quick enough. They could use more advertising to get more clients. The sales manager is wonderful. Best supporting place I've ever seen! Totally recommended to anyone!

There are lots of activities available for the residents to choose from. The community offers independent care, assisted living, and memory care for your loved one. The fees are dependent on the care level your loved one will need. The staff communication with the family has been very good and they are responsive to our questions.

My father is 42 year veteran. We moved into the memory care facility at jubilee house on Warfield in [date removed]. The first year was great. Since then we have been through 4 Directors, 4 Directors of Nursing and too many caregivers to count. Beginning this year we were given the ultimatum to put my dad on hospice or move out. He was put on hospice. Couple months later we were given the ultimatum to hire a private sitter or move out. We hired a sitter. Yesterday [date removed] we were served an eviction notice to get out in 30 days because they could no longer meet his needs. They actually are barely caring for him at all. He’s the only resident that has been required to have hospice or sitter. We are a very close family and we spend a lot of time there visiting dad. They do not like visitors. We see how the other residents never get changed and how they are treated. The place is dirty, it has roaches. 17 residents have died since May 2019. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

I like this community better than some of the other communities that I looked at for my loved one. I liked the people at this one and my loved one did also. You need to check out this community for sure before you put your loved one in any other community. The owner is a doctor and he is a first rate person and also my personal doctor. I would for sure recommend to check it out.

My mother has experienced nothing but happiness here. She fell right into it and found friends right away. She loves the place - she loves the staff, the food, and the activities.

Jubilee House is fantastic, we cannot brag about them enough they get 10 stars. Everyone from the front desk staff onward is just very caring and its genuine. They make sure to know all the families by their first names. The meals are very well rounded and come printed out on a menu for the residents. There are plenty of activities for the residents who choose to take advantage. There is also a beauty shop which is huge and the beautician really works with the families on appointments to make it more convenient. Right when we walked in, we felt this was the place to be and they have continued to prove it.

I am an 80-year-old retired mechanical engineer, my wife (75) and I are the current residents of the Jubilee House. Our experience here is absolutely amazing. The facility is very nice. We enjoy its entertainment room, wellness clinic, guest speakers, painting sessions as well as many other activities. Due to my handicap, they provide me all the help I need around the clock, including medical help from a resident nurse, and assistance with my day-to-day activities, which includes transferring from a bed or a chair, grooming, etc., plus transportation on a handicap-accessible van. The kitchen staff is very caring and helpful, and the food is very nutritious and delicious, prepared by a group of experienced chefs.

A Place for Mom has scored Jubilee House on Warfield 8.7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
