They are caring and very involved and my dad's care. Always accessible. [name removed] and [name removed] were so welcoming. I would highly recommend charter and a place for mom!!
I have to say my favorite thing about this community is how well maintained and kept clean it is. Every time I go to visit it is completely spotless with a fresh smell throughout the building. My mom has had no complaints about the food and has really enjoyed participating in the many activities they offer tot here residents throughout the week. I have no complaints so far and would recommend this place to anyone.
I have lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love this place. I get my apartment cleaned once a week, 3 hot meals a day, and the staff makes sure I get to my dialysis appt 3 times a week. Staff works hard to make sure that we all have a safe and clean environment to live in and someone is always available and willing to assist you whenever you need help. I don't have much family here so truly enjoy the opportunity to be apart of a community family that looks out for each other and shows genuine care and concern for one another. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
