Brookdale Gallatin

We had a wonderful tour at Brookdale Gallatin. They determined that my loved one needed more assistance than they could provide with her memory issues. But the lady who gave us the tour was very kind, and she was very thorough in showing us everything.

The gal showing us around for the tour was absolutely phenomenal and gave a great tour. The community was very joyful and it overall looked like a great place to have a loved one. The reason we did not choose them was because it was much smaller and a little older and we were moving my loved one from a big and brand new facility, so we were looking for a place that kind of matched that.

Excellent care. Very responsive. Communicate with me frequently as needed. Would highly recommend to others.

I can't say enough about the family of Brookdale. There level of care is excellent but even more so is there true passion for what they do, and there love of the folks they care for. The one thing that amazes me is the fact that they are able to keep it so clean-and I have never noticed is having the typical odors of assisted living places-This is truely amazing! We love all the management.

I love the coulure that [name removed] and [name removed] have developed at Brookdale Gallatin. Everyone on the team take ownership of the issues at hand. If the team member does no have a solution they know who to ask, I have witnessed all of the leadership team, chipping in to cook, clean and solve problems. What a great environment for my mother. Thanks for all you do to help our family member age with dignity.

I have been overwhelmed with the attention and care my mother-in-law has received since we have enrolled her at Brookdale. They go above and beyond the expected.

Bottom line my mom loves living at Brookdale. She has lots of friends there an active social life. The staff are great and take good care of my mom. During the Covid quarantine they did there best to keep residents active and in touch with families. I feel good knowing mom is there.

Mom has lived in several places since she moved out of her house, but we are delighted that Brookdale of Gallatin has been her home for over four years now. The community is just the right size for the residents and staff to interact with and nurture one another. While maintaining the look and feel of a quality assisted living facility, mom has benefited from some extraordinary skilled nursing care here. Brookdale is clean, comfortable and welcoming and the residents enjoy living and dining there. The staff is composted of truly caring individuals who smile with and love on teh residents and their families, and all of them, including the directors and senior staff, are not only available and approachable, but they often anticipate the needs of the residents and will reach out to the families for information, support, or clarification. What cannot be over emphasized is the peace of mind our family has knowing mom is being care for and loved.

My father was a resident at Brookdale until his death on [date removed]. He was a diabetic, and the nurses and workers took such special care of him. After the year with Covid and family not allowed in the facility, they were his family. He loved them and they loved him. They were always there for his every need. Always quick to inform family of any medical issue.

Mom's room in plenty Large comfortable & has all she needs (full handicap accessible shower and bath, fridge and small kitchenette, living room.). Staff are friendly, caring and welcoming to us as well as Mom. Meal options seem great and they seek feedback from residents on a regular basis. We have ready access with a code for security. I like one level for safely of residents in case of emergency.
