It's very clean and the staff is friendly. The pricing is about average. There have been complaints about food. Quality and Variety could be improved. Overall they are doing a pretty good job.
We chose Bartram Lakes and The Green House because of the size of the facility, it is smaller and I felt like he would get more personalized care. There were only 11 people here in memory care. He was not here very long, but based off of our experience I would recommend this facility to others.
My Mom loves this place. She has been there since they opened and is very happy. Every time I go all are so pleasant and helpful. She loves playing bingo every day and the other activities. Really no complaints. She likes the food too.
