Quail Park on Cypress in Visalia, CA
4.2

The activities were wonderful while I was there. Quail Park is wonderful; however, it is expensive. I would recommend you do your research before moving in. The food was very good. My room was delightful. I had a studio room and it was adequate for me.

Walnut Park in Visalia, CA
3.5

From my understanding they are experiencing turnover in management and a new corporate owner. This makes the residents un sure of what's going on. I personally think for the price of a room the company needs to step up the quality of food being served. They recently raised rent by $270 and yet the food quality continues to go down hill. Worse than a soup kitchen.

Magnolia Park in Visalia, CA
4.4

This is a small place, and the staff tries really hard to work with the million different personalities of residents. The food is decent, but it could have more variety. My dad seems content and taken care of, so that is all that matters. They are super friendly. I would add that the staff makes themselves available to families as much as possible. They really do try to meet the needs of the residents. They know them personally and make connections to make them feel at home. I always feel welcome when I visit and have gotten to know the staff by name. They genuinely care for mt dad.
