Our journey at Mill Creek with Dad has been exceptional. The staff's expertise in memory care is evident in their patient, innovative approaches. Housekeeping maintains hospital-grade cleanliness without feeling institutional. Security features provide peace of mind while preserving dignity. Dad's particularly fond of the men's coffee club and gardening program. The chef's attention to dietary needs while maintaining excellent taste is impressive. The genuine connections between staff and residents make it feel like an extended family.

I recently toured Mill Creek while looking for memory care options for a family member, and I was incredibly impressed. I first learned about this facility through The Villages at Willow and Elim Place, its sister companies, and I can confidently say the high standards are consistent across all three. Mill Creek is beautifully designed with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The staff stood out for their professionalism and genuine compassion they took the time to address all my questions and explain their personalized approach to dementia care. The facility is clean, secure, and filled with thoughtful touches to ensure residents’ comfort and engagement. I left feeling reassured that Mill Creek would provide exceptional care for my loved one.

Visited my college friend [name removed] here and was amazed by the community atmosphere. The staff greets everyone by name, and the residents clearly feel at home. The facility's cleanliness is outstanding - no institutional feel whatsoever. Witnessed their "Music & Memories" program in action, with residents singing and dancing. The security systems are thorough but unobtrusive. Shared lunch with [name removed]- the chef's homemade lasagna was restaurant-quality. The staff's dedication to creating a family-like environment is evident.

The Village at Mill Creek is an incredible facility. I’ve visited my relative here a number of times and it feels like he’s found a true home away from home. The level of care provided is impeccable and I don’t have enough good things to say about the the overall experience.

The remodel has been wonderful. So thankful to have a convenient and affordable location like this that is so nice. It's not easy to make a choice for assisted living or memory care. I know each family has to make a deeply personal decision. This was the right place...if you take a tour and speak to the caring staff I think you will agree.

We moved from another local community that was not able to adequately take care of my mother and her progressing condition. The staff at Mill Creek has been wonderful from start to finish. We visit mom almost every day and we love that their doors are always open no matter what time we are to drop in - Thank you and god bless

Our sister lived here and we loved coming to visit her the staff was engaging and caring. Unfortunately my sister just passed but I didn’t want to miss an opportunity to thank these facilities for the detailed care they give their clients. Thank you from the family who never had to worry about her while she was at the Mills.

I toured this facility earlier this week and it was very clean and well managed, i showed up unannounced so they had zero time to prepare for a tour but everything looked great and the staff was very nice and easy to speak with. I also liked that they were serving lunch and playing games when i arrived - it gave me a real sense of what my mother-n-law could expect moving forward God Bless

This is a small place, and the staff tries really hard to work with the million different personalities of residents. The food is decent, but it could have more variety. My dad seems content and taken care of, so that is all that matters. They are super friendly. I would add that the staff makes themselves available to families as much as possible. They really do try to meet the needs of the residents. They know them personally and make connections to make them feel at home. I always feel welcome when I visit and have gotten to know the staff by name. They genuinely care for mt dad.

My loved one is currently a resident at Magnolia Park and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff at this facility are very friendly and caring. The move in process was very smooth. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, meals, activities and value for cost are also great! I would highly recommend Magnolia Park to family and friends.

Magnolia Park has been a godsend for my mother In her time of need. When it comes to the cleanliness, not sure when housecleaning is done, have never seen it. Caregivers should not be expected to do that. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They seem to pamper my mother. For the care services as I said they seem to pamper her. But my concern is the constant turnover of staff and the shifts that are extremely short staffed. One person cannot possibly care for all the residents in that wing. I feel the meals have declined since moving my mom there in October. It was originally their claim to fame! The Thanksgiving & Christmas family meals were very nice but a lot has changed since then. Smaller portions and same meals over and over. The activities gal spends most of her time as a caregiver now. No time for activities. There are decorations for holidays and she did put a beautiful garden pole outside my mother's window with a bird feeder, sun catcher & wind chime since she spend most of her time in bed now. Compared to what other facilities charge, this is perfect for us!

I toured this community and it was nice. Very quiet. Parking for visitors is limited. Rooms are small and dark. The atmosphere itself was nice. They offered a shared room for 2 residents, 2 twin beds. Pricing was competitive.
The staff are easy to work with. They provide good care to my loved one. The facility is good as is, and they're in the middle of a remodel to make improvements. The price was right for what we needed, and I'm pleased so far.
