The Bungalows at Fayetteville
4.3

What we really like about The Bungalows at Fayetteville is the friendliness of the staff and the strong focus of team work they have. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Village On The Park Bentonville
5.0

Village on the Park Bentonville was the absolute Best Place for My Mom. We visited every assisted living place in Rogers and Bentonville . Village on the Park was heads above every place else. We first visited places unannounced to get the Real picture. Village on the Park was clean, had professional and caring people, excellent and nutritious meals and a nice assortment of programs and social activities . They even make sure my mom and now my dad get to their doctors appointments in their wheelchair accessible bus. Village on the Park Bentonville has an outstanding staff that truly care about their residents. My mom has been there for 3 months and my dad 1 month. After caring for them for 18 months it gives my heart such peace to see them getting their emotional , physical, spiritual and social needs met by the amazing team at Village On the Park who work in unison from the top down to create a wonderful place to live.

Cedar Springs Independent Living in Prairie Grove, AR

My loved one is a resident at Cedar Springs and most everything has been great. However, it's always hard to get someone from the office on the phone. I feel like calls need to route to someone even if no one is physically at the office.

Springdale, Arkansas

Independent Living

For many seniors, the financial burden of home ownership and the maintenance of the property might be a deterrent to an independent lifestyle. Independent Living Communities offer a convenient solution. Frequent needs such as meal planning and housekeeping are accounted for, which permits occupants more opportunities to live life as they desire. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to be among peers, in a community with others of similar age groups and interests. Typically consisting of a private living area and a full kitchen, these communities offer homes with many of the amenities of apartment life but with none of the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and more time can be spent with them with the basic maintenance of daily tasks out of the way. While policies vary between communities, a number of residences allow cats and dogs as well. If residents decide they would like to employ the services of private health care professionalls, they always have the option. There are an assortment of advantages and expenditures to keep in mind when choosing an independent living community. It is important to determine if these services are covered in the service plan: Waiting list deposit, laundry, transportation, initial assessment fee, internet access, utilities, field trips, and meals. The luxuries associated with independent living include transportation, beauty salon & barber shop, game/TV room, golf course, private rental hall, fitness center & swimming pool, community activities, and restaurant-style dining hall.
