What we really like about The Bungalows at Fayetteville is the friendliness of the staff and the strong focus of team work they have. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

My mother was in a HORRIBLE PLACE, I was search frantically for a better place..when I recieved a return phone call about a opening..PRAYERS were answered. Whole story is mom was in a facility which I was o.k. with, they has to move several people quickly when they had major water break. The second facility was HORRIBLE. Bungalow is clean, all the poeple are caring, watch over all the people have nice activities also. LOVE THIS PLACE..THANK YOU

Cost is high compared with the two meals daily provided. Meal times are only 1 1/2 hrs long, so we don't make it up in time for breakfast. If you need an alternative meal choice, they're not available.

Learn More About Independent Living in Rogers, AR

For old-fashioned, small-town charm within the booming Northwest Arkansas metropolitan area, look no further than Rogers. This welcoming town on the edge of beautiful, serene Beaver Lake has a front-row seat to the allure of the Ozarks, so outdoor adventure is never far away. For in-town entertainment, the city has two major shopping areas plus the Rogers Commercial Historic District. The Arkansas Music Pavilion on the south end of town is a popular spot for larger outdoor concerts, and the mesmerizing Crystal Bridges in neighboring Bentonville houses the region’s most impressive collection of contemporary art. It’s no surprise Rogers often ranks among the best and most affordable places in the country to call home — if you want a well-rounded retirement, this is the place to be.

Independent living communities — also known simply as retirement communities — in Rogers are geared towards seniors who are able to live on their own, without daily assistance, and prefer to live among people their age. This usually means residents are self-sufficient and do not require hands-on care. Think of Rogers retirement communities as age-restricted (typically 55+) complexes, which provide organized activities, meal services, and transportation.

Cost of Independent Living in Rogers, AR

The median monthly cost of independent living is about $2,500 in Rogers and $2,600 within the Fayetteville area. The median monthly cost of independent living in the state of Arkansas was around $2,500.
