This was based on the outside of my apartment . I lived at Woodlands the last time for one year. The entire half off of my front screen was hanging almost to the ground. This was in an apartment facing the lake on the street you drove in on. I asked to have it fixed and was told that would happen when it came up on their schedule. It never happened. Overall the staff was always friendly. I can only speak for Independent Living. There was virtually no care. I had a few friends on staff who would drop by if I hadn't been seen for a week or more. My family would never have considered eating in the dining room. I cooked most of my meals and would only go down when there something I knew would be alright. I will say the soup was generally always good. To be honest the activities seemed to appeal to a lot of people. If they had art projects I would go but I don't enjoy games, I paid my total bill so it was not a concern to my family. Woodlands, as far as I know was the cheapest place available. My husband and I have only been here a short time, however, we are satisfied with most of the things available to residents. Th food offered is good, all is satisfying/ People are friendly and the staff are friendly and make you feel at home. Could use better house keeping in regard to repairs, etc. and aware that many things are being addressed so looking forward to the future.

I have lived here over 12 years and I am happy and content. Hope I can live here the rest of my days. I am 98 years old.
We chose Woodlands Village because it was more affordable than others we saw. The apartment we toured is the same one that she got and it is good size for what she needs. Their staff is super friendly, if she has any issues they always help her quickly. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff care about the residents. The priority is the residents as well. Our loved one loves the food here. The room is spacious and comfortable for our loved one. The bathroom is big and it is great.

I cannot say enough good things about this community. We chose this facility because of the affordability, the care and responsiveness of the staff members. The apartment sizes are great. I think they have done an amazing job with COVID and I would definitely would recommend.

This place is very good for the money we pay. Before covid-19, it was very nice. Food could be a little better. Good amenities in normal times. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I am 97 years old and have lived here at The Woodlands for 12 years. I love it here. I have a beautiful apartment, the staff is definitely above what anyone would except, always pleasant, helpful, willing to help with any problems. There are so many activities that I could be busy from 9 am til 9 pm. There is a wonderful library that is easy to reach. The food is healthy and satisfying and a lot of variety. I only hope and pray that the dear Lord will let me spend all of my life here in this sport. I am blessed.

Woodlands Village has been a very good place with the Covid-19. The staff has been wonderful keeping everyone safe. The servers have brought us our meals every day. They keep us active and happy. Thank you!

Inside is well maintained. Not so good outside (very poor). Food is okay. Personnel good. Can't beat it for the buck. We have a living room, dining room, 1 B.R. This cost 2700 per month including the food.
