It's an older place, which means it's affordable. My mom is in an apartment here and it's great.

Everything is going fine here. The people here are terrific. The staff treats us like we are family here. The facility is always clean and well organized. They have enough activities here to keep the residents entertained.

The people that work here are very, very friendly and nice and answer any questions that I have. The other people who live here are also very nice and I feel very safe. It was a big experience because I had lived on my own for 39 years before moving here, but I can't think of anything they could do better.

We love it. No complaints at all so far. They were the most reasonable of all the places we looked at. For everything included we thought it was a very good value. I would give them a five.

I HAVE lived here for a year. I got here just before new management took over. Since then in less than a year they have lost too many quality people. I am afraid what the next year holds. I am the youngest resident here and feel sorry for the older residents. [removed]

Waterford Manor was the place for our mom. Unfortunately, due to her open wound for abscess drainage, they were unable to accept her due to licensing issues. They could not even accommodate us even if we were to have an outside in-home care nursing service come in (who would be licensed) to dress the wound twice a day. We were very disappointed, as the facility was very nice. The services that are provided would have been a great fit for our mom.

The Waterford Manor has been great. The previous place I was at does not compare this place. I have been here for about a month and a half. Everything has been going really good. The place is nice. Everyone is friendly. The staff is helpful and willing to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this place. I am very pleased with the Waterford Manor. It is an excellent community. Five Stars.

Activities here are great. At the moment the nursing staff is undergoing a few changes. Food is good. I found this the best fit for my parents after visiting numerous facilities. I liked that they have separate building for indepenant and assisted living. Had numerous health problems 2 weeks after moving in, they were very accomidating. I have found that the follow through isn't always done to my satisfaction. After a few months I am overall very satisfied.

My wife has been at the Waterford Manor Assisted Living Community for a little more than 2 months now, and so far I have been very pleased with the choice. The friendliness of the staff is one thing I noticed right away... and still do! I am impressed with the quality of the nursing care and the creative activities that are part of every day life at the Waterford. The physical surroundings are warm and inviting, and the cuisine is exceptional.

So far it's going pretty well. They are a little slow to respond if there is some maintenance needed, or if there is a question. It's clean and everything, but in the townhouses, they don't see too many of the staff. It would be nice if they got a calendar each month or week that let them know when things were happening, so they could attend the activities, or use the transportation. Other than that I haven't heard any complaints and things are going well.

They really stay on top of things at Waterford Manor, and stay in touch with the residents. They get to really know the residents personally, which creates a genuine feeling of belonging. I can't really think of much they could do to improve.

Waterford Manor is a very nice place. We only toured and did not end up choosing them, but from the experience that I had when we toured I would give them a very favorable rating. The only thing I did not care for about it is that it is kind of in a bad part of town, and that just made me a little nervous.

This is all new so it's an adjustment, but so far I think things are going pretty well. I don't have anything in particular that is a concern. They keep it pretty clean, and the staff is nice. They keep in touch with me and we are working out all the details of the care plan. So far I'm pretty happy.

It's going okay so far. The staff is friendly. The food has been about a four, it's pretty good. I would like to see the maintenance catch up on some of the things that need done. We have some maintenance issues we are still waiting to have resolved.

Waterford Manor was a great choice for my mom. The staff was super friendly and helpful and always called me if something came up. The food is the greatest and the variety of menu items was super. There was always a activity going on to keep residents busy and the staff really gets to know their residents and treats them like family.

I've had a good experience here overall. The people here are friendly, both the residents and the staff. The food they serve is good, although it must be picked up from the assisted living section, which can be quite a walk from the independent living portion for those with movement difficulties. The other issue I have is that I believe they could do a much better job keeping things clean around the facility.

This one is my second choice. I liked that it's not too large like the other ones I visited. Smaller community to get to meet new friends, yet the patio and setting areas for private time. Very close to their current neighborhood is a big plus. We visited one evening for dinner and the food and service was exceptional. I like that they have a nurse care center so if my dad's health becomes worse they are both in the same complex. Cost was a little high, but still very nice.

They had a new manager take over, There are concerns with the changing of the staff schedules, and there was some turnover, and I know some of the staff isn't happy with that either. I chose it based partly on price point, as well as how clean, and welcoming, and how good the care was. They are pretty strict about making sure they can take care of your loved one. They had a good system. The care coordinator asked me a lot of questions, and I could tell they were interested in making sure it was a good fit. One thing that was helpful to me was, understanding the base price for the room price, and then a care level. They are pretty accommodating with their different living options.
