I had an overall positive impression. The facility seemed clean and new. My loved one's medical needs were just too great for them to meet.
It's expensivve but worth it. It is a very nice community and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it has been a goed experience.

We have had a few bumps in the road when it comes to our loved ones medication and the overall communication with the staff but we are working on that with them. Everyone is super friendly and helpful there which we really appreciate it. Our loved one eats in a dining hall that is specific to that floor and seems to have a little less variety of choices then the main dining hall on the first floor. The activities are still a little limited due to covid but based on the experience we have had so far with The Waters we would recommend them to other families.

We chose The Waters because it was the closest to our home and the staff are extremely friendly. The facility is very clean and the food is great. They send a menu every day that you are able to choose from and they are chef prepared meals. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer. Anytime there are any complaints they seem to comply right away. We are going through a bit of a learning curve and they seem to be working on improving things. Overall I would recommend to others looking as long as you can afford them.

At this point it we had to choose again we would go somewhere else, we have not particularly been pleased with The Waters. The staff, nurses, nursing aids, and the other residents have been super friendly, but the management is not very responsive. We do not feel like we are getting our money's worth, what they provide they have not followed through with, especially with the levels of care between level 2 and level 3. We are just having a hell of a time getting things resolved.

I would tell others that the community is an amazing place for a loved one who needs to go into memory care. The staff is very caring. The nurses and doctors are available to talk to you at anytime. I believe there could offer more activities in the memory care unit. During the pandemic they made visits available for families.

It is fairly expensive, but the locations is very convenient for our family. The community is very nice, and we like the set up of the apartments. However the activities are still pretty restricted.

We toured The Waters and at the time, my dad was at a different place independence wise and my mom did not feel comfortable. Seeing where he is at now, I am not sure if they would have been able to meet his needs.
