So far she's quite happy. I did see a couple of places online, but I was sold on the brand new unit at Ashton, plus the decor, along with the convenience of mom living next to the salon and across from the laundry room. My loved one is currently a resident at Ashton Commons and we are very happy with this facility on all aspects, so far. Based on the experience, I would completely recommend this facility to others! It is the best that I have seen! I wouldn't let my mom go anywhere else.

The staff has been very friendly, responsive, and supportive. Communication has been great. My dad has a lot going on medically and the staff calls me frequently. The move in process was fast and easy. The meals are excellent and provide many choices. I would absolutely recommend this facility!

Best kept secret in the area. Beautiful upscale facility tucked away with every accommodation you can imagine - stores/restaurants close by too! Clean and manicured grounds. Wonderful respite program and nursing care team! The therapy department here is a destination. Amazing activities and delicious food to top it off! 10/10 recommend!

Our family had an in person tour with Ashton Commons and based on our tour experience with everything we saw, we thought they had really great personalized attention as well as beautiful surroundings.
Someone will check on you every 2 hours - Never happens. Push your button if you need help - you will have an accident (urine or bowel) before anyone comes. Néed someone to push you to the dining area in your wheelchair? There is no one coming. You think your loved one is getting what you paid for? They are not! Again, I’m making it my mission to protect those who can’t protect themselves and those who are paying inordinate amount of money for services not being provided. [removed]
