All assisted living communities have their problems. The Waterford it is fortunate to have an approachable staff to get individual problems solved, adequately. Endurance helps if you live in a community. We have very friendly residents that care for each other. I plan to stay here as long as I can.

Overall fairly good. Take into consideration covid-19.

I love it here. Before the virus we played games, had sing-alongs and other activities. When the virus is over we will start again doing the news. I like all the people. It's nice to have someone to talk to. I have found many new friends here.

The staff here is great, they are all very caring and work hard to meet all of my needs. The residents are wonderful; they are a very loving group. Also, the food is good and everything is very clean. They have been very good at protecting the residents during this covid-19 virus situation. A wonderful place to live!

We are attempting to move my dad from California to texas, a very dramatic event for a 92 yr old. She has helped us so very much. She is very personable and yet professional. Hello, I would like to commend your Sales Director, [name removed], at your Waterford Fort Worth Texas location.[name removed] has been of incredibly valuable assistance to our family in helping us with our decision to moved our 92 year old Dad from his senior apartment in Fullerton California to Fort Worth Texas. As you can imagine this is a feat in itself with all the logistics involved, paper work, medical etc, the list of details goes on. But [name removed] made a good portion of our list go so smoothly. She was so warm, inviting and gracious to my sister in law [name removed] in California and to my husband & I when we came to tour the facility here in Texas. [name removed] was so thoughtful about informing us of details that we ourselves had not thought of. She took the time in answering all our questions and giving us the much needed information that will help us in transitioning my Dad not only into a new living environment but a new state as well. [name removed] is a wonderfully upbeat, joyful person to work with. She is very well informed and quite knowledgeable.[name removed] made me feel as if I not only have a person with whom I can rely on for any future questions that may arise but a new found friend. I wish to thank her and your facility for the incredibly valuable work that you do for those of us who are unable to have our beloved family members at home with us. We are so grateful and comfortable in knowing that our Dad is going to be happy and well cared for at your beautiful facility. The community is great and I like it. It seems like they have a good amount if activities. I love my apartment, I like the building, and it is nicely landscaped. Most of the time, the food isn't good and the kitchen wait staff try but they understaffed and overwhelmed. Maintenance requests don't get completed . I chose this community because of location, the apartment was set up well, and, for the most part, it seemed like everyone was nice,

I think that Waterford at Fort Worth is a good community. My mother in law is happy there. The care is fine, although she is pretty independent. She has no complaints about the food. Her apartment is a nice little apartment. I would recommend this community to other families.

Mom said this felt like home the minute she walked in the doors. It's a little more expensive than her other favorite. We'll see how finances go.

I enjoyed my visit and tour at the Waterford. The staff and [name removed] were a pleasure to meet and made my situation of feeling stressful very comforting. I liked the community environment and the cleanliness.

Waterford has an extremely caring and friendly staff in a comfortable, clean, beautiful resort style community. Excellent food and lots of activities. My dad loves it here. Very reasonable rates too! A+

Kitchenette's counter space was to small to hold more than a toaster and coffee pot

Nice balcony but no laundry, kitchen, tub and too small. Not interested.

This is a good independent living option. There are affordable options for low-level 'assisted' care, should that be required. Facility is clean. There are lots of common areas for activities and socializing. Residents seem pleased with their living there. There are transportation options for outings at no additional cost. While there are amenities, in my research I'm finding there are some other facilities with other amenities. However, there are a number of residents here that are here for the amenities, and the simpler life that is offered here. Staff were warm and responsive to residents. In my research there were several comments, last year, about the low level quality of the food. However, in my visit there, residents seemed more pleased with the food that what was reported a year ago.

My experience with this facility has been more than I expected. [Removed]who is the manager made me feel comfortable and she was so pleasant and down to earth. She is the person who made the experience. I am really comfortable knowing my Aunt is here and she is being taken care of. If I could move here, I would. All of the staff members treat her well and the community is very clean with no odor like you would expect. This facility is like walking into a hotel. Some of the things my Aunt really likes are things bingo and the on-site hair stylist. The food is also excellent and they go to a nice dining room and its restaurant-style dining. You can order what you want with a lot of options on the menu and they even have a salad bar. I would recommend this facility to other families.
