I can only reply with experience because my mother in law passed before she ever lived there. I have however been waiting for a refund for well over two months and have not received it yet. Should have received it a month ago. My mother in law actually had to go to a full time nursing home so did not meet requirements for The Waterford. We'd prepaid them.

I thought The Waterford at Forth Worth was an alright place but too expensive. I liked the activities structure, the apartment set-up, and the level of cleanliness.

This community was not as clean as another community that I was looking at. Just not really the environment that I was looking for for my loved one. The tour guide was very nice and professional it was more just the building was run down.

I don't think there is a "perfect" community, but this is fast becoming just that. Staff has recently changed, and we now have managers that are listening to residents. The building is being updated, not only with new flooring and colors but with love and energy, a positive outlook.

The Waterford at Forth Worth wasn't a bad place, but it just really needs to be cleaned and repaired. It felt dirty overall, and the carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. They've been going through some management changes. . . The worst thing is the activities. There's really nothing for the residents to do besides go to the library or talk with other residents. We did like that they provided all meals 7 days a week.

They have long hallways here. There isn't much interactions between the residents. The apartments were smaller than we wanted.

The staff are truly the nicest people in the world. They spent a lot of time with me and were so kind and thoughtful, they really bent over backwards to me. The only reason I did not choose them was because what they to offer was a studio apartment on the 2nd floor and I was looking for a little bigger place on the first floor since I do have some mobility issues. It broke my heart to have to tell them I chose another facility because of how great they were with me.

Our family was able to have an in person tour experience and the staff members were very friendly and all of the residents seemed really happy. However, at the moment the community was not gated and that was something we were looking for.

I have been to almost every senior citizen place around and The Waterford has beat every one of them. The studio apartments are very nice size. The activities are limited due to covid, but from what I have found people enjoy what they are offering. We had a Mother's Day Celebration the other day and they had a band come in to play music. There were people up dancing around and really enjoying themselves. Most of the time the food here is great. They went through a major water issue during the snow we had and they lost a lot of flooring, but the construction crews are in here getting things put back together. After that is all done it will be one of the best places around. For my money I am getting the most that I could get. I would highly recommend to others looking.

We chose The Waterford because it was the one that my mom liked the best, when she went in she felt that everyone was friendly and welcoming. The apartment sizes here are good, my moms does not have a balcony but I have seen some others that do. They have a lot of activities provided for residents to participate in, even during covid. I would recommend to others looking.

This is a great in-between stage for senior living. It is active but still very supportive. I like the idea that meals are offered. My loved one speaks very highly of the food. The staff are very friendly when you walk in, and they know who you are. They're cooperative for your needs. I know this has been a very strange time this last year. It's been difficult with Covid going on, but the staff have done the best they can in a not good situation.

We chose The Waterford at the time because of the location and also the affordability. The apartment sizes here are adequate for his needs. My father does not like the food very much at all, his main complaint is that they try to make the meals too fancy. Through the lock down they were delivering the food, often times he would get the wrong meal or if he did get it it was very cold. They have recently had some management change and that has been for the better. They are really trying to turn things around as they had a rough go for most of 2020. Overall, I would recommend the community.

We chose The Waterford over others that we looked at because the facility was not overwhelming large, the amenities provided, and all of the staff members were EXTREMELY friendly. We have had no complaints. They have done everything they said they would do and it has been a very positive experience. I would absolutely recommend.

My dear friend, [name removed], became a guest at The Waterford at Fort Worth a year ago. I would like to write a note to thank each of the staff members who have made her experience so pleasant. I have visited her lovely suite and have enjoyed meals with her in the dining room and can attest to the quality standards they maintain. While all of the staff are excellent, I would especially note the role marketing director [name removed] played in helping us choose a residence. We looked at other potential homes, but once we met [name removed], there was no question which home we would choose.
