Overture Ridgmar is very clean and well kept inside and out. All are super friendly, helpful and kind. Only one is not so social. Rarely smiles. Meals are not provided daily however they do a monthly pot luck, twice weekly social gathering with food provided. It's an active living community. I think it's time to shampoo the carpet on the stairs at the main entrance. Management and staff have been great. They are there until 5PM. There are numbers to call if there are emergencies in your apartment after hours. Then the main doors are closed. Visitors have to be let in by whomever they are visiting. No desk clerk after hours. Overall, the environment is friendly and welcoming. Management responses are quick.

A Place for Mom was helpful with in securing my parents a beautiful home. Overture Ridgmar is a wonderful community. The neighbors came by and knocked to Introduce themselves. There is a monthly community calendar of events. Social times and more. My parents feel at home and are glad they relocated.

We had a great tour experience with Overture Ridgmar. The facility is beautiful, apartments are beautiful and the staff were all extremely friendly. This is a 55+ community so there are no meals served. My loved one is 96 and was not going to be cooking every day and did not need to be ordering out. It was a great place, but just did not fit our needs.
We are just moving in so we haven't really experienced much, however we can definitely speak to the patience of a great staff during the process because they definitely were patient! We visited the property and various apartments probably no less than 6-8 times in a 45-day span. We just couldn't make a decision about moving in. We were invited to attend several events while we were considering this location and they were quick to treat us like residents even before signing the lease! We have been moving in for the past week and several other tenants have stopped by to chat & welcome us to the property. This seems like a great start! Can't wait to see what the next 15-months present!

Overture Ridgmar is probably the best 55+ apartment complex in the city of Ft. Worth. From the underground parking garage to the large apartments there is no match close. alos you will not meet a better group of people than the men and women living here. Everyone is friendly, pleasant and helpful. I feel comfortable calling on any of them at any time. The staff is great and seem very anxious to please the residents and meet all of our expectaitons. There are lots of excitng activities going on and you are free to join in whenever you please or not. up to you. if you are looking for a really ACTIVE 55+ community, Overture Ridgmar should be the first, and last, place yoju look!!!

Its my sister that lives there, she gets along extremely well with Lisa and not so well with the woman thats been there the longest. i think shes having a good time, its expensive but way less expensive than the other ones that have food and stuff. Shes very happy with her unit. They don't have care services, but she had a dryer that went out the first time she used it, they were very prompt with fixing it. They have minor activities but as far as i know of, she doesnt do them. She hasn't complained about anything to me, but she hasnt really been there too long.
