The Inn at Winchester Trail

She seems to like it there, has made friends. They keep them very busy with activities, music, cooking, crafts. Had to keep on them about some medical follow up so that's the reason for the lower rating. Really appreciate their Facebook page!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful experience my mom has had at this assisted living community. From the moment she arrived, it was clear that she would be treated with the utmost care and respect. The staff genuinely likes her and takes the time to engage with her, making her feel valued and cherished. The variety of activities and amenities available is impressive! There’s always something happening—whether it’s art classes, fitness sessions, a cut/color at the salon, physical therapy, or social events, the residents are never short of things to do. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is lovely, and the common areas…such as the cinema, the pub, and the cafe….are perfect for socializing or simply relaxing. And let’s not forget about the food! The meals are not only delicious but also nutritious, which is so important.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Inn at Winchester Trail and the overall experience at this facility was good. It was a nice facility, they were just short staffed like everyone else and hiring the highest quality people is not an option.

I would say it's a good idea to stay in touch with the caregivers and have regular care conferences. And we pick this place because it's nice. The staff was good and it's close to our home.

The shops to get things for your loved one is close and lots of restaurants to chose from. I would tell a friend, it's an awesome place and we all really like it. They have really worked with my mom and are so nice and kind to her very clean she loves the food everything about the place.

The Inn at Westchester Trail has been al all around great place. We have received great communication from quality caregivers. And [name removed] is incredible.

We have experienced a clean, loving place for our father in law that allows just the right amount of freedom for him. He loves it, and we feel comfortable with the staff that are helping him.

We have had a very positive experience with the community. If I had to make the choice again, I would choose The Inn again for my loved one. The staff is very caring towards the residents. The staff communication with the family has been excellent and they are responsive to the family's questions or concerns about our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents and the community is able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Our experience with the staff from the Assistants to Management has been outstanding. They keep us up-to-date on how our loved one is doing and this is the most important things for us. My loved one enjoys the food.

This is a very nice community and the person that took us on tour was friendly. We did feel this community was a little pricey for what they offered. We did not think this community would work for my parents.

A tour was set up for us and when I got there it looked like a nice community. The representative showed us through the community and they were respectful and professional. In the end they were not a good fit and I was looking for a better room.

The staff almost dismissed us before we got there to tour. It was a nice place, but after seeing the staff, it was not an option.

The Inn at Winchester Trail had a very nice retreat feel. I thought it was very nice and I would move in there tomorrow.It's a new building and very lovely. I was very impressed but I couldn't see my loved fitting in here. She is more comfortable in a Homey environment. I would recommend them!

I really liked this community and the people. They were very helpful and super accommodating to us. They gave a great tour and showed us around. I did see that there were residents out and doing things. The only thing was that the community was to pricey.

The community is really nice and well maintained, I would not recommend this community if you do not come from a Christian background. The only activities that I witnessed them do with the residents is take then across the street to the Goodwill. The community does have a beautiful waterfall to sit next to. The staff was able to answer my all of my questions. The only thing that bothered me was the community was new and I did not see that many aides there to help.

My mom is having difficulty settling in due to her advanced stage of dementia. The staff at The Inn at Winchester are doing a great job even though I feel they are understaffed. The community is brand new and very clean. The food is ok I would rate it as a 4. They have a lot of things for the residents to look at if they are able. I have no complaints and I would recommend this community.
