It's not a good place for someone who is dependent on care. It's a fine place for someone who is totally independent.

Calm environment, clean bathing room, private rooms, nice open campus, residents kept clean, good food, and you can communicate with the owner! Mom is there with dimentia and partially blind. It is an affordable small home setting, that keeps your loved one clean, dressed, out of bed, and fed.

I like the way the facility is set up with 8 residents in each house. You get to know the people living in that house better. Also, their pricing is very straightforward. The same price each month covers everything. As far as the activities go, They have an outdoor gazebo and barbecue area that I think that they could utilize more often.

The CNA's are friendly and care for the residents. The meals are well balanced meals. They have patience, [name removed] has patience and the secretary is very sweet. They planned a wonderful Thanksgiving for the residents.

I like the concept where you have one house with eight residents in each house, and one staff member in each house. There's a big open area where the residents can walk around and get some exercise, which I like as well. We had a couple of issues with the care in the beginning, but they've been getting some extra training. So I appreciate that they recognized the problem and are addressing it. And overall the care has been good.

The Gables could do a little bit better of a job communicating with the families regarding their loved ones but we do know they are understaffed. They do have their own nurses for each little facility so its about a 1 to 8 staff to patient ratio. However, at times when we come to visit the nurse is just sitting on her phone, so we do wish the professionalism was a tad better. We also wish they would have daily or weekly sheets that shows the thins your loved ones been doing during the week.

Our family had an in person tour and our experience was good. We were able to have it in person because it was before all the restrictions and it was a very nice community. However, due to our loved ones health concerns we did not think it would be the right fit and at the time they did not have memory care.
The kitchen in the community was not up to par. The cleanliness of the community was alright. Over the 6 month period my loved one was there, it did, however, improve. We believe this was the result of the rotating caretakers. Some of them were more attentive to cleaning than others and as a result, this meant the care was inconsistent. Some of the staff were very friendly and very attentive, but some of them were not quite as invested. They weren't able to provide many activities to my loved one as the result of her condition. With all of that said, the community was worth the price because the staff who really cared about the residents, went way above and beyond to care for my mother.

Very displeased with the service my mother received at this facility. In a six month stay, two of my mothers expensive hearing aids, her dentures and her eyeglasses were lost. I was told that a phone would be installed in her room. This was never done. Finally, she was taken to the hospital with severe dehydration. How does this happen in a home with only 5 residents?

The Gables At Brady Circle has been a life saver for me. Absolutely everyone reaches out and responds positively to any request. This is a difficult process at best. My husband has not had an easy time of adapting and I must say that everyone has understood and bent over backwards to help us both. I am grateful.

I toured this place and I give it to them, it’s beautiful but the furniture is not for senior living lifestyle. I almost placed my loved one here, the marketing personal is all lies but I guess that’s how you get them in. She was very unprofessional during the tour talking bad about other management and some of the staff whom all seemed nice and very caring. The owner who she brought in to help seal the deal seems okay but I know its all about the money for him. The front office looks like a pigs pin and this is the what I walked into as my first impression. They don’t have a memory care unit, the houses is not secure for dementia residents. As my loved one has dementia I was not comfortable with the set up. Everything is not as it seems with this place. Another family member told me they hardly have hot water for showers and no supplies at times and it suppose to be all inclusive. Most residents complain about staffing and not getting thing fixed when needed. I’m happy I didn’t fall for the dream they tried to sell. Thanks but no thanks.

I put my hubby in Gables at Brady Circle on October 18th of this year and I can't say enough about the good care he is receiving. The cost includes everything and is quite reasonable. He has a private room with television and telephone. It is individual homes with up to eight people and the ratio of staff to occupants is better than in places much more expensive. It has a separate community center with small pool, gym equipment, pool table etc. The help is so caring! It certainly deserves a visit. The third home will be open around Christmas Time. [Removed] Thanks [Removed]

This has been a good move for my mother, and her needs. She is safe, and being provided with good care. I like the staff, they are taking good care her, and her needs. They do a good job with the cleanliness. Her room, and the facility is well-kept whenever I visit. The experience is going well, and this is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends. It is a nice facility.

We were very pleased with the care my uncle received during the time he was there. Unfortunately, due to a medical issue, we had to move him to another community that offered a much higher level of care that he was going to need. He enjoyed the time he was there the staffing was very nice and kind in fact I connected with them so much that I occasionally stop in to visit. The community was clean and well kept.

When I toured this community I was expecting more than what I got. The women that gave me the tour gave me the impression that this community had a pool and a working gym however when I asked to see these things I was told that they were still under construction. I was not overly happy with the layout of the building was. The residents had to go outside to get to the activity area and you needed to have a passcode to enter the building. As I was walking around I noticed that in the middle of the afternoon some of the residents were not dressed they were in their pajamas.

We toured this community for care . We liked the staff who were able to answer the questions we had on the care that is given. The community was very clean and the atmosphere was very nice . They offer a nice menu of health meals and activities that would of been helpful. Families should tour this community for the care of a loved one.
