TerraBella Cramer Mountain

My Aunt, 99 and 1/2 years old moved in and was treated very well. Unfortunately she passed away 2 weeks after moving in so I can't give you long term analysis of this facility. She was treated very well while she was there.

I have recommended it several times.

We chose this facility because of the available space, value for the money, cleanliness and the staff. Fantastic director. [name removed] is so helpful and has made me feel like k can call her with anything about my grandmother. The staff are always friendly and my grandmother loves them all.

Staff, location, size, clean place that feels good. The residents get along and encourage each other. it really is a great group of people!

Love the location, [name removed] , the director, available washing machine and dryers. Meals could be better (most dislike peas and carrots & meat that is tough). Since eating is with whoever, there is a rush to get there so you can sit with who you want to as new people come in. It would be nice if there were occasional (once a week) opportunities for seating "games". Mother misses the lack of entertainment by music groups.

This was the only one that followed my directions and didn't send or call me several times a day.They have been very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend to others.

My loved one is a resident at TerraBella Cramer Mountain and he has had a good experience at this facility. The facility is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The residents participate in a variety of activities. The staff responds quickly if there is a problem. The meals don't get five stars. Although the food is prepared well, there is lack of variety. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Overall I feel very comfortable with mom here, especially knowing if there is an emergency she is well taken care of. They did just let the activities person go, they need to hire someone new because there is not much going on right now. They do also need to make some improvements with the food as well. We are hoping both of these things will get better with time. I would definitely recommend TerraBella Cramer Mountain to others, especially for the cost. I already have recommended them to people that I know.

Our overall feeling about TerraBella is there are really are some awesome people working there - the lady who was in charge [name removed] was phenomenal to work with and really tried to be on top of everything. She would have holiday parties and would do small things for Mother's Day. They are renovating the dining hall which it looks like once they are finished with it, its going to be really nice. There are some people here we absolutely love and others not so much - they do not have a permanent director at the moment but we feel once they do get someone to fill that spot everything will start to improve.

The food is awesome. There is a lot of activities, and they have a schedule of monthly activities. Overall, it's been pretty good.

This is a nice friendly community for your loved one. The staff are very helpful with your loved ones and tries to meet all of their needs. They have activities like bingo book club, conversation hour where they meet and just tell stories. My loved one really likes conversation hour and the ice cream socials that they have also. The tour was nice and they were able to give me all of the information that I needed including the room measurements for move in. My loved one is also closer to me at this community and it is a nice quiet area.

I am very satisfied with TerraBella and so is my mom. We had a friend whose mom was here and they were very pleased which is a big reason why we chose it. Right when we went to tour I knew the Lord had sent me here. [name removed] hires the staff and she tells them "this is the residents home and we are their family" and I love that. So far we have had no problems what so ever. She is getting into the activities and they just hired a beautician as well that comes on the weekends. I would definitely recommend to others.

They took our loved one, and my loved one shouldn't have been there. After a few weeks they were wanting to move my loved one without letting me know. I had to find out that they arranged to move my loved one by the other communities calling me. They kept promising a refund, and I had to call the corporate office to get me my refund. The corporate office was wonderful to work with. Due to our experience, I would not recommend them for others loved ones. Also, they may be a good community for your loved one for assisted living.

We actually liked it, they had a situation where tehy had 2 rooms with a bathroom in the middle and a place that I would have used as a sitting area. We had originally thought that would be good, we could set mom and dad in together, and we kind of thought that would have been where we could put them. They were going to put mom in their locked unit which was like a little area where the people gathered, it just felt like they were almost on top of each other, it was just too crowded. if mom had to go in a unit that was secured we wanted her to be able to move around more.
