Sunrise of Cinco Ranch

Sunrise has been an excellent assisted living facility to transition into after independent retirement living when some additional care was needed. The staff has been very attentive, caring and makes my Mother feel comfortable and loved. They provide excellent activities for the residents to participate in on-site, coupled with occasional short outings for those who wish to attend. Even for residents who don’t have the memory they once had, Sunrise has a program, takes great care and does a great job looking after residents. The nursing staff and food service has also been great. They also make family visitors feel welcome. An additional benefit is the staff can keep family apprised of residents’ activities when they post a few pictures on their “smile” site, which is easy to access. We have been very happy with our choice of Sunrise of Cinco Ranch!

I would recommend Sunrise and have recommend them for a friend's mom when they were looking. Dining could be hit or miss.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Cinco Ranch is the staff friendliness to my mother and them alerting to any problem. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I always feel.a sense of home when I visit Sunrise. The staff is friendly and professional. The place is clean. I watch how they give such personal attention to their residents. It is truly refreshing to see.

What a wonderful time we had playing for Sunshine. The staff is so welcoming and always happy and big smiles. [name removed] the activity director was hostess with the mostest!!!! And [name removed] her assistant siy in with his bass and really helped us make it a special event. All the staff made sure all residents were involved ,if not dancing , clapping and singing! My loved one was previously a resident at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch and the experience was very good for her. Everyone did their jobs and worked hard to help the residents. They did what we could not do at home, a lot of personal attention, cleaning, feeding etc. I would recommend Sunrise of Cinco Ranch to others.

My grandparent recently transitioned from an independent living facility and is a new assisted living resident at Sunrise. The staff is attentive and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. The facilities are well-maintained, inviting and offer various activities that keep residents engaged. My grandparent has dementia but is still very independent. However, her safety is a priority, therefore, the onsite 24/7 care that the staff provide at Sunrise has given me great comfort knowing she is well taken care of. The transition to Sunrise has enhanced my grandparent's quality of life, making it a fulfilling place to call home.

What a great event for all of the residence. Outstanding desert options prepared by a staff that made the event joyful and in the spirit of the holidays. The live music and singing was a great touch. The residence and families really enjoyed it. The Christmas costumes and photographer made for Christmas memories that we will be able to hold in our hearts forever. Our family is extremely grateful to the entire staff for putting this event on! God bless and Merry Christmas to you all!

Staff at Sunrise cares greatly about the residents. Special events are great. No place is perfect...good care overall. The food is diverse and appealing. The different cottages have different levels of care.

I'm caregiver with a client who lives here. The food is great and the games and daily activities is awesome everyone here is always in a good mood. My clients room is always clean the place is neat and organized very clean. Good food good people fun relaxing place.

Sunrise is an amazing establishment with great happy employees and amazing chefs. It's a pleasantly nice experience as a visitor and as a resident living here. They have several activities and a beauty salon they have a daily exercise program. Not to mention professional physical therapy and occupational therapy. Highly recommend this place amazing staff.

Nice buffet meal!! Live music, Festive drinks, Photo Booth and fun. We enjoyed the evening and they made it special for everyone. The service staff were so kind and helpful. Keep it up, Sunrise!!

Awesome drinks, friendly service, and great food. Sunrise did a top notch job for Thanksgiving dinner and it meant the world to our dad. I really loved that they had a variety of drinks, and we had a blast.

So thankful my grandma is at Sunrise. We love the community and all their staff! We attended the Thanksgiving feast tonight and everyone had a fantastic time! Grandma enjoyed all her family present and all the staff made it feel like home.

Wonderful staff and food. Decor is amazing and the new rooms are a dream. I would love for them to decorate my home! Beautiful location and convenient. Very informative staff. They have a a very nice list of activities.

The staff at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch were great. Our move in/out process was very easy and the staff were all very accommodating for both. My loved one had a somewhat unique situation, so we were unable to take full advantage of all of the activities that were offered to the residents. The rooms were a nice size and the food was as expected. There were some staffing issues and also quite a bit of construction. I would recommend Sunrise of Cinco Ranch on the staff alone, as the issues that we noticed appeared to be short term or were being addressed.
