Caring staff. They get to know the residents and the residents family members. Easy to speak with management on site if any concerns arise. Make you feel like one big family. Mom was in memory care so the rooms are smaller as residents are encouraged to spend their time in the activity room as much as possible. Can't really speak much to the amenities

If I could rate communication, it would be very low. Food is very poor. My loved one is moving out.

I would not recommend this facility to a friend I wanted to keep. I picked this facility on the recommendation of a place for mom.com

We chose Juniper Village at Spring Creek because the facility wasn't fancy, but it appeared well run and clean. It's also close to my house. I love Juniper Village. The staff is very kind and loving. It gives me such peace of mind.

It's a great place...if you can afford it. I should note that I'm going to have to move her into my house soon because its so expensive. It was a recommendation, and we needed a place at the last minute due to rejection at the place I wanted her to get into.

Response from Spring Creek Assisted Living
October 26, 2023Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience.
The entire staff has been great. They have assisted in so many ways, and have made my mother comfortable living at Juniper. This was always going to be a difficult decision to move my mother from her home into assisted living. She has adapted well.

Response from Spring Creek Assisted Living
October 3, 2023We're so glad to hear that. Thank you for the recommendation!
Our experience has been good so far. My loved one has been in Juniper for about 2 months. They are still learning about my mother. The nurses and nurse aides have been very attentive to my mother's needs. When I do have an issue, they do address the issue relatively quickly. So far, I have been pleased with the overall care for my mother.

Response from Spring Creek Assisted Living
October 3, 2023Thank you, CPL. We appreciate you taking the time to share a review and hope that you continue to be satisfied with the experience you and your mom have had with Juniper. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there are things we can do to improve!
There was good communication with the family, before and after moving in. They treated us like family, during the evaluation process and continue to do so. You can tell they care about the residents. They answered every question and concern we had. They understand it's a tough decision to make but they made us feel comfortable during the process.

Response from Spring Creek Assisted Living
June 28, 2023We are so glad to hear you had such a positive experience with our team. Thank you for choosing Juniper for your loved one. We will always strive to meet and exceed your expectations!
I toured this community and liked it. They had just undergone new ownership/management. They seemed to all love their job and were very friendly! The rooms just weren't what we were looking for.
Our family had an in person tour and Spring Creek was great, it had fantastic activities and everyone was very friendly. It was a very close first choice.
I would tell others that Spring Creek Senior Living is a good facility.
The food is amazing and the chef is a very nice person, The community was very strict on covid practices, and their communication is very good. The director went above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend this community to others

This community looked nice when we visited. The person that took us on tour was friendly. They offer transportation and pets are allowed at the community. This community was just a little larger than what we were looking for.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community for my loved one. I was looking for a short respite stay for her while I would be away and thought they had a great property. The staff where polite during out visit and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone interested it was just not the right fit for us in the end decision.

A Place for Mom has scored Spring Creek Assisted Living 9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
