The care is second to none! [name removed] and her team give all of themselves to the residents. [name removed] is a welcomed change from other communities we have been in.

Very impressive. My family and I wanted to place both of our parents here however, there was a 3 person waitlist ahead of us. We would endorse taking a look at this place.

We chose Lake Point because it is a beautiful, modern property that is in a private community. Also my mom has special care needs that they were able to help with. The residents have been experiencing falls, my mom had 3 in more than 1 year so I have not been very pleased with the amount of monitoring. They also let her sleep a lot when she changed medication so she dropped some weight, I do think staff could be trained more on that and maybe have a check list.

Lake Point was there for my mom when nobody else was. Due to trach and feeding tube needs my options were zero - until I found Lake Point. Everyone there was so welcoming and the care my mother has received was second to none. They made both of our experiences a pleasure.

[name removed] and her care team really went above and beyond for my Dad. He had a ton of needs and Lake Point was able to deliver on them all. They made the last several months of his life as comfortable as possible.

I was so impressed with the care my husband received while at Lake Point. He was treated like a king!

I would strongly recommend Lake Point to anyone looking for the cream of the crop.

My grandfather was at Lake Point for several months. He initially was not in great condition at the time of move in. However, with the care and attention [name removed] and the staff gave to him he was able to recover to the point of being able to return home.

My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner.

Finding care for my husband that required a feeding tube was very difficult. I am so grateful I found Lake Point. They have met and exceeded all of my expectations. [Name removed] and her caregivers are a blessing for us both.

I found Lake Point after my father was denied admission at a larger provider due to his high level of care. They have been a godsend.

So thankful that I found Lake Point! It was difficult to come to terms with my mother needing daily help and no longer being able to live at home, but the staff at Lake Point made me feel very at ease. I love that it's still an actual residence in a neighborhood, so it feels homey, but also is able to provide everything my mom needs - from as much personal care/assistance as she needs to an in-house doctor to nail/beauty salon! Lake Point has it all... even a fantastic personal chef! I can relax knowing that my mom will be safe and secure.

I recently was able to tour this property and found it to be very unique. Its got a residential style that is very warm and inviting. Unfortunately, my dad passed away before we could move him in.

My mom resided at Lake Point for a number of months. The staff treated her like family. I was very impressed with the level of care and the quality of the food.

As a former administrator of a LTC facility myself I consider myself an expert in the field. I recently moved my mom to Lake Point and found the facility and staff to be first rate in all respects. The fact that they were able to care for my mom's higher acuity needs in homelike environment was a real bonus. I would strongly recommend Lake Point.

My husband required a very high level of care. I was faced with the option of moving him into a nursing home which I really didn't want to do. When I found out about Lake Point it was a godsend. He was able to get all of his skilled care needs met while still maintaining his dignity in a residential environment. I would strongly recommend Lake Point in lieu of a SNF or nursing home.

Our family overall has been very satisfied with the staff and community at Lake Point. The weekly concerts are great! However our only suggestion for improvement would be to include additional activities for residents.
