I would recommend it, if they were in a situation, if they needed a memory care facility. Everything you questioned me on was great, he received a nicer facility than the last place he was in. The whole set up of the facility which is divided for communication, meals, the whole thing was better. They had a change of ownership which was little confusing at first, but they got it back together. They have more solutions and flexibility than the previous facility.... Read more

When this facility was Thrive, it was an amazing place. They were bought out and it went downhill. They cut back on a lot of good staff due to covid so the quality of care went down. I would ask them to cut my moms toenails and it would never get done. She also had her wedding band stolen here. I would tell others just to make surprise visits, I would not recommend to others looking.

The staff was very accommodating; when we would come in the staff were very helpful and were always willing to answer our questions. The staff was always very attentive. The care was good, however because of the Covid-19 pandemic and some staff turnover, there were some communication issues. We went from totally understanding what was going on in the community to not knowing enough. The food was ok, however there was definitely room for improvement. Definitely a good value for the price.

Thrive was a bad experience for our family. We were promised so much but after two months of unsatisfactory care, we were forced to take our family member home. Medication refills weren’t done so he went without proper meds. Soiled sheets weren’t replaced by clean sheets (which were three feet from the bed) so he was forced to lay on the vinyl mattress pad too many times to count. I usually put his clean sheets on the bed whenever I visited. Meetings called to try to remedy the poor care were useless. They just wanted to fill one of their many empty beds! The place is pretty & shiny but do NOT let that be your reason for placement. Patient care is NOT their top priority.

Do not be fooled by Thrive’s shiny, pretty exterior & interior & their nice sales pitch. They let our family member lay on his vinyl mattress cover when clean sheets were in his closet. They never tried to get him to participate in activities (of which there weren’t many since they had no activities director on staff for months). They failed to give him his meds because they didn’t bother to notice they needed to be refilled. We had several meetings to try to correct all of our issues but nothing ever changed. We were promised plenty but they never delivered on any of it. Do not entrust your loved one to their care.

As a Healthcare professional that provides care to patients in various Assisted Living facilities in the Jacksonville area, I am impressed with the quality of care that is provided to the residents at THRIVE. The staff are professional, respectful and attentive to the needs of their residents. The facility is always clean and presents a pleasant atmosphere for their residents. It is obvious to me as a consumer and a Healthcare professional, that this is an option that I would chose for MY family member if the need should arise. The leadership are present and engaged with the staff and the residents. You really get the feeling of "community" when you are there.

My parent is doing pretty well and it still is an adjustment for all of us. The staff are helpful and really accommodating to anything we ask. The meal are good with plenty of options. I like that they have quite a few different activities. The community is nice, well kept, and neat. Everybody is very friendly too.

Being a new resident of the community ha been good. He loves the food and loves the music. He tells me he loves the performances like old time music. The staff that are working with my dad are wonderful. Especially [Removed], he treats him great. I would recommend this community.

I am very happy to use this community for my mom's care. She likes the staff and the great activities that are really good for her. They offer small trips out of the community. The meals are excellent and I am recommending this community for the outstanding care and services for others.

We have found Clarity Pointe to be a safe, new, well designed memory care facility for our mom. The food is adequate but not always individualized as expected per care plan and sometimes it is not tasty enough to be appealing. Snacks (which are advertised) are not usually available and when they are available there is not much variety. There seems to be an adequate and diverse range of activities on a regular basis. The private room is generously sized and offers a nice view, a built in dresser and accessible private bathroom. We are informed immediately and regularly of any issues regarding our mom. She seems quite happy and stabilized since moving to Clarity Pointe.
