The memory care unit was dimly lit and seemed like a depressing place. The building was worn out, but was being remodeled.

Felt too much like a nursing home. Somewhat clean. Not what we are looking for. [Name removed] was so very sweet!

This place is great. Very friendly environment.

Paramount is a great facility. My grandma lives here and I am confident that she is being well taken care of.

Paramount senior living at is a very nice place to live in my friends mom lives there and when my friend is out of town I have to go check on her just to make sure that she is doing ok. Each time I go there,all she does is telling how good and comfortable feels,staff very caring and friendly,the food is good and the environment clean and trust me I see all this my self and will also recommend people to bring their loved ones here. You won't regret anything.

When my mom Mary and I first visited Paramount at 690 Cooper road we left knowing we had found her next home. She moved in a month later to a two bedroom unit. And now a year later we are so glad the facility has lived up to our expectations. The staff is so friendly and attentive to all of moms needs. The atmosphere is welcoming, it is clean and well maintained. They have recently renovated and it is more updated. Mom takes part in many of the daily activities they offer and I attend the family gatherings they have at least once a month. I feel confident mom is getting the level of care she needs which has varied over the past year from none, to very little to 24 hour monitoring by nurses back to none again. Paramount meets and adapts to residents individual needs. Thank you for providing what matters most, peace of mind.

Paramount is doing a massive remodel. Even with construction the things were running smoothly. I love that the director is also an RN. [Name removed] was very informative, kind and supportive. Paramount’s vision for the future of this facility is creating a family oriented home for the residents.

Very impressive executive director with nursing and business background -- excellent vision for staff care and community cohesion; knows each resident and staff member personally and clearly cares for her community. Good value for money, sizable 1 BR unit with green space. Top choice to show mom if she stays in Ohio.

This is a great place to bring your loved ones to be cared for, good atmosphere, great staff ratio, new management doing a wonderful job, good meals, staffing is very welcoming and nice, also very kind to the resident and families. A Place for Mom informed me of this Assisted Living facility when I was looking for a place for my husband. The spacious apartment style rooms made this a perfect choice for him as they seem like home while the central dining area gave him the opportunity to socialize. The food is good and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The social services, such as entertainment, trips to local stores, and lunches at nearby restaurants are a plus. The 24/7 nursing staff are great and the patient to nurse ratio is good as well. New management/ownership under Paramount is a move in the right direction and the cosmetic improvements in the common areas such as paint and new carpet are appreciated. l am glad he is here, and I would recommend this place to those looking to place a loved one.

As a resident of Paramount Senior Living of Westerville I am very happy to have chosen this facility for the second time. Fortunately, my family placed me here two years ago after a hospitalization. Last year at my home I realized that I was getting weaker and losing weight and signed myself back in having been satisfied with my first stay. My second stay has been better than my first. They have an excellent nursing staff that exhibits a real care for the residents. The facility itself is cleaner than it's ever been. Under the new ownership of Paramount they are investing a lot of capital into new carpeting, new interior decor and furnishings and exterior improvements. The food program is catered to the needs of each resident and the food itself is very good. There are activities seven days a week and quite a bit of outside entertainment coming in to us.. The fee schedule is equal to or below that of other assisted living facilities. If I was responsible for placing a loved one, this would be the place.

If your loved one cannot be at home, this is the first place you need to go. Paramount and their entire staff is AMAZING! I can't ask for a better place for my Mom. The facility is clean, well managed and EVERYONE from Management, to Staff, to residents are always happy and upbeat. The staff is so professional and I know that my mom is in good hands 24/7. I don't think I can even explain in words how happy I am to have my Mom at Paramount. And I am VERY picky about where, who and how my mom is taken care of. I TRUST Paramount with my Mom, and that says millions!

I couldn't ask for a better place for my Mom. Paramount has A+ staff, from the bottom to the top. I have piece of mind and I can tell a total difference in my mom's demeanor. I can tell she feels safe and happy. I am not one to right reviews. I need to really believe in something. I believe in Paramount! They have given me, and my Mom, our lives back and I can't ask for anything more than that!

Our mom became a recent resident at Paramount in Westerville. The staff is very friendly and helped us in every possible way in the administrative side of getting our mom into an assisted living facility. They were willing to educate us in the steps we needed to take even before we decided to chose their facility. Great customer service. Now that our mother is a resident I continue to be amazed by the staffs friendliness and attention to care our mother is getting. The facility is currently going through a "refresh" but is already bright, clean and cheerful. All of the services at Paramount has been top notch! They have many activities for the seniors and are great about encouraging everyone to participate. I have been very pleased and would highly recommend Paramount Westerville to anyone looking for a new home for a relative or friend.

Finding a safe, clean and competent place for an aging parent is an overwhelming task. The staff at Paramount was outstanding in giving our family information and guidance during the complete process. Our mom has found a new extended family at Paramount. The facility is clean and currently being remodeled and refreshed, the staff are very involved with residents offering aid when needed, or just offering a smile and their time to listen. Most importantly our mom is happy in her new home and looks forward to the activities offered. Our family no longer worries about mom being alone and we are so glad we found this community. I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone looking for assisted/senior living for a family member.

Mom has been living at this facility for almost a year now. We were a little hesitant when Paramount took over this past October. Now we thank God for this change to the new and improved facility now called Paramount! We can already see many positive changes and upgrades to the facility. Not to mention the staff is so friendly and helpful. I know for certain that mom is in one of the best care facilities in Columbus. Thank you to the whole staff and especially Aimee who has been so patient with both mom and I during the transition. I am finally at peace with our decision for mom to be in assisted living.
