Outstanding staff and nurses. State of the art facilities. Awesome dining room. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an assisted living place for a loved one. The people are professional, caring and treat everyone with the utmost respect.

Our family is very happy with the staff and services at New Seasons. They treat mom with great respect and meet her needs daily. Many activities are available and they encourage involvement. They let us know immediately if they have any concerns. Mom really enjoys her meals and the new friends she has met.

The staff in general are very nice. I'm there a lot and have never heard staff be rude or mean in any way. They're typically very kind and patient. The housekeeping is good. Trash is removed daily. The room is always clean with the bed made. Communication with family is good on some levels. My mother has fallen a few times and I'm called with a full report. On the other hand, my mom's been having regular PT and I haven't heard from the PT ever. The nurses let me know about it. Move in was easy. Meals seem hit or miss, according to my mom. More things are good than not good, but it's only okay to her. I would definitely recommend the facility. I do think it's a bargain compared to other places. It's taken my mother a good month to get over having to move to a facility and it's important for families to not expect instant happiness.

My loved one was only there for about a month. Everyone there was nice and helpful. The food was good and the facility is clean and well lit. The price is reasonable compared to other facilities in the area.

It was bright, white, clean, modern and there is an outdoor dining area and the inside dining room is beautiful. It also has a nice front patio with nice modern seating. I would tell people that I am very satisfied with the building and staff. My only complaint is that some of the activities could be better but I can't really compare them to other facilities.

This seems like a wonderful place. The food was really good for lunch, and the facility looked so nice. Seems like there is plenty of activity and entertainment for all the residents. And the rooms are very spacious.

My mom was released fro inpatient acute physical therapy, yet not ready to move home. She and my dad opted for a 30 day 'respite stay' at New Seasons. Considering we had less than 48 hours to coordinate plans, it could have been traumatic. [name removed] was amazing. He picked up on all of our needs, even having a Yankees baseball pendant hanging in their room upon arrival. My parents resisted being out of their home, so this was a TOUGH transition. The staff was welcoming, supportive, kind, caring, and most of all, understood their concerns. [name removed] was an ANGEL!! My mom sundowned early in the stay, and [name removed] was a gift to my parents, offering the right words, comforting spirit and personality to get mom through this hurdle. Furthermore, all of the aids, nurses, were incredible. I was comforted knowing they were well taken care of, and relatively happy to be a part of this community, [name removed], the Physical Therapist, pushed my mom in ways I did not know were capable. Thank you!!!

We give a 5 for everything at the New Seasons at New Britain. The staff members there are very helpful during our loved ones transition. The friendliness of the staff members during the tour as well as the follow up calls and texts is something we appreciated. They kept up with that until we got our loved one here from down south.

We thought the overall value was exceptional, what really drew us to the community was the price - it was lower then other facilities we had looked at but we received the same quality of services. We like how they have physical therapy on sight which had helped tremendously. With it being assisted living, they had plenty of aids roaming around and would assist anyone who needed it. They were very attentive during our loved ones illness and when he needed to return to this community they took him back with no issues. They also have hospice at the facility. Overall the staff were very cooperative with everything and were just exceptional. We would definitely recommend New Seasons at New Britain to other families.

Overall we would recommend this community to other families based on our experience. PT and OT was wonderful. The nursing and care staff didn't always have the best communication with each other, and they were not good at all about communicating with us until we had a meeting with administration and them there. I would add that care was ok there...not horrible but not stellar either. Part of the problem might have been low staffing.

For the amount of money it costs to live here, I think it's a good value. It's quiet here. Nothing is forced upon you, but there are things to do and ways to be involved if you choose to. And it's not so regimented that you have to be anyplace at a certain time to do anything. At mealtimes, they provide a menu with choices where you pick what you want. As for the facility itself, everything has been just fine.

I would tell my friends that I feel it isn't any different than another community. I feel it is close, clean, and friendly. I feel it is a little expensive. The activities prior to COVID included: family hayrides, trivia, family game night, bingo, wine before dinner for the residents, and movie night.

New Seasons at New Britain was beautiful. The staff was friendly and informative. The rooms are spacious. I even got to speak to some of the residence, who all said they enjoyed living there.

From the minute you open the door to New Seasons at New Britain one can feel the warmth, friendliness and a feeling of family there. The smiling ladies who are most courteous and helpful at the front desk are such a welcoming inspiration. [Removed] is most helpful in coordinating your stay and makes one feel very much at home there. [Removed], director does an outstanding job in keeping the wonderful reputation that New Seasons has. Truly a 10 star residence! I can't say enough about [Removed] and her kind and caring nursing duties. From the nursing staff, the aids, and all who make New Seasons a happy uplifting residence that you see from all the residents there I give it my highest compliments! The food is always delicious and varied and never any trouble to ask for something that is not on the daily menu. And when you ask for help, the staff is most attentive. There was always a uplifting, positive feeling when visiting New Seasons. A feeling of family and teamwork to meet your every need in your stay there.

I'am pleased with my move to this community. So far everything is working out pretty well, and I'am pleased. I do feel comfortable, everyone has been very welcoming. The community is always very well-kept. The staff is wonderful, and they are always willing to help. They provide nice meals, and offer good activities. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for myself.

My parents are doing very well at this community. They have adjusted very well to it, and are extremely happy. The community looks nice, they do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. The staff is kind. There are activities for them when they are ready to participate. The meals are very good, even some of our other family members were impressed. It has been a great experience, and I would recommend this community.
