Nothing is perfect but staffing is great . And follow up on questions or concerns is very quick and If we had any concerns it was taken care of. Yes, I would highly recommend Pathways. They are able to take care of my mom without me having to double check her care constantly, compared to the other facility. My mother was at the other facility which was assisted living to be fair, but they assured me that they could take care of my mom. They just didn't have a staffing to do a competent job even though they said they were doing the care they were not. At Pathways I haven't had to worry about anything in the whole year.... Read more

This facility is small and very person centered. A lot of the staff have been employed here for many years. It’s not an overwhelming facility. But has all the amenities most people would want. My relative passed away shortly after moving in. The moving in process was smooth and he felt right at home. He enjoyed the short time he lived there.

I would recommend Pathways at Warrington to others. On the initial tour, they explained that it is more "medical based." The daily routine/rules are more structured than other personal care facilities, but it is a good fit for my husband's aunt. For example, the 3 main meals are at 8am, noon and 5pm in the dining room, which were the exact times our loved one ate when she was living at home. Most days, there is only one activity available (occasionally 2 or 3), but our loved one is used to living alone and rarely left the house in the past few years. So she is fine with limited activities. One main "selling point" for Pathways is their all inclusive flat rate for personal care (and a little higher flat rate for memory care). If a resident's level of care changes, there is no adjustment to the monthly rate. The rooms are furnished with a bed, large bureau, night table, small counter with a chair and a large flat screen TV. Cable TV and weekly laundry services are included. We are very appreciative of everything the friendly staff does for our loved one!

My parents moved into the The Pathways in March 2024. They both love it there, the staff on the 2nd floor unit are wonderful and very caring and loving. The maintained department are exceptional helpful. They did all the moving for us and even hung all the photos up. They made the room look perfect and felt like home. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help with no attitude. Our family is very happy with the move and we know our parents are in very good hands. The activity person [name removed] did a beautiful job with the Mother's Day brunch. Plus all the activities she does with them. She is very loving and really includes and cares about all the residents.

Overall Mom had a good experience there. Mom passed on [date removed]The staff were wonderful, very supportive and comforting. The only negative was the staff loss one of her hearing aids (it was in their care). We were told it is not their fault and they are not responsible. Other than that it was wonderful. We have recommended them to many people.

From the initial interview/tour of the facility through the final moments of my Dad's stay at Pathways, our family felt loved, supported and encouraged by the entire staff. What an amazing culture they have! If possible, we would give more than 5 stars for what we experienced and the service level we received. We were amazed at the consistently high level of professionalism and compassion from everyone (receptionist/doctor/nurses/administrators). We very highly recommend Pathways!

During our Assisted Living facility search for our loved one, we toured The Pathways at Warrington. We had a nice tour. The facility was good. The friendliness and cleanliness were good, too!
So far we have no complaints, I would give everything 5 stars. My mother is very happy there and the staff are always helpful and informative when we visit. They are very caring and are always try to get the residents involved in the activities that are provided rather than just staying in their rooms.

There is a nurse on staff 24/7. the doctor that they use can be contacted if needed. Staff is very caring. The facility is clean and modern with large windows for natural light. The director makes herself available, is kind, caring and knowledgeable of all aspects regarding elder care. My father really enjoyed the food served. I would absolutely recommend to friends in need of a place for loved one!!

A Place for Mom has scored The Pathways at Warrington 9.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
