Great place for your loved one. Nice people. Good quality. As far as the food goes - something better than cold sandwiches for dinner would be nice. Maybe help the residents pick out food they like.

Unfortunately, my experience with Maristone staff was nothing short of dreadful on multiple occasions. My mother had a stroke, and I needed to find respite care for her. Initially, I placed her in the memory care unit, but that only lasted one day due to the terrifying and unacceptable conditions. I then moved her to the assisted living side, where I visited daily to keep an eye on the staff and how they treated the residents. Early on, I noticed staff members displaying eye-rolling and frustration when residents asked for assistance. I would never recommend anyone place their loved ones in the care of Maristone. I have witnessed several other troubling issues with other residents, but I only want to speak about my personal experiences.

Staff was mostly very friendly and attentive. Dad enjoyed the food sometimes and sometimes not so much. There were some staffing shortages while he was there. The nurses that managed his meds were great and kind. I would recommend the community. Dad enjoyed his own space and sense of autonomy.

Maristone is a lovely facility. My mother loves it but we have had some issues with things missing. Luckily, most were found. Compared to others I visited I would rate this a 4.5. The employees are very friendly and take good care of my mother. I would recommend this facility over others I visited.

I would recommend. Convenient to area doctors and various shopping outlets if needed. Attention to detail. Not perfect, but they quickly correct any issue. They listen. We picked this community because, the tour was positive, the cleanliness, and attention to detail.

We picked this community, because of the location, smaller size, and friendly staff. The facility is very nice and the staff is concerned the residents are happy and they encourage them to participate in activities. The paperwork was rather daunting at a very stressful time, and there was a bit of adjustment in learning how things worked. But overall, this has been a positive experience, and we expect things to continue to go smoothly.

My loved one was a resident at Maristone of Providence. Our overall experience was very good. Although they kept changing all of their management team, actually several times, they eventually got a team in there that was quite good. And from what I understand, the price is a little better than most. The facility was very clean. However, like all facilities, the help was average. I think that's all we can ask for these days.

My loved one lived here previously after knee surgery/during rehab and I will be moving him back soon. I was really impressed with everyone that I talked to. The facility is a little older, but is very well kept and maintained. The staff I have met here have been very professional.
I had a family member in memory care and another in the assisted living. I tried to be there as much as possible after I seen the poor staffing they had, it was sad to see only 1 care giver in memory care by herself trying to keep up with all the residents, some of them wandering around and going into other residents rooms, she had to get them up, toilet them, feed them 3 meals, give showers, do laundry, take out trash and trying to prevent falls of which I seen happen frequently it was sad, do her paperwork and then had to put some in bed before she left from her 12 shift. I never seen her take a break not to even eat her own lunch. And not one time did I see anyone help her or to even come over to see if she needed anything. I am very observant and noticed this seemed to be a daily thing, she looked ragged, beat and worn out by the end of her shift. Obviously management doesn't care that's clear about the staff or residents. At times I tried to help, I felt sorry for them.

Our first impression of Maristone of Providence is that it is a smaller and family orientated community. The activities and overall value for the money is great and we would recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far.

I toured this facility. It was very nice and the staff was friendly. It was just a little more pricey than some of our other options.

September 19, 2022Hi, we greatly value your feedback, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with us!
I toured Maristone of Providence, it was an excellent tour. We chose another community because they didn't have any beds at Maristone, and I liked that we'd be able to be on a ground floor at [community name removed], but not at Maristone. Truthfully, I was torn between both properties.

August 10, 2022Hi, thank you for your feedback! We greatly appreciate you taking time to leave us a 5-star review.
Maristone of Providence looked like a very clean and modern facility. The staff here were amazing and more than willing to help, It is a very big community and my loved one is not very social and is used to a smaller environment, so we did not think that the environment would be the best fit. It looked like a great place for individuals who love to socialize and they had a lot of great activities provided.

June 17, 2022Hi, thank you for your feedback! We greatly appreciate you taking time to leave us a 5-star review.
It's been a good experience. A lot of that has to do with how our family member has adapted well. So we're very pleased. She feels comfortable there, and she was able to make her room homey. And they take good care of her.

Our family had an in person tour and it was nice but the facility was not as nice or newer as the other ones we were touring. The room layout was not the best, and it was not as clean. it was the least expensive but not the right place.

April 14, 2022Hi, Ted- thank you for your feeback!
They are very kind at this community. I had to speak to them a few times about keeping his room clean and changing linens and bathing him. Other than this they were very kind and very helpful and always met our needs when brought up.

March 22, 2022Hi, thank you for your feedback! We greatly appreciate you taking time to leave us a 5-star review.
We had a great tour with Maristone, we really liked the facility and there was not a thing wrong with it. The only reason we went another direction was due to the size, we wanted something a bit smaller.

August 18, 2021Hello, thank you for your 5-star feedback! We appreciate you sharing your experience we strive to create for everyone. Best wishes to you and your family!
My loved one was in the memory care unit. I wouldn't recommend the memory care unit, and I would say to run for your life. They were not set up to take care of memory care unit or residents during my loved one's stay. There were no activities for the residents in the memory care unit during our stay.
