Beautiful place. The best option by far. His apartment is spacious. He was able to bring his favorite furniture from home. Beautiful view of courtyard from his window. Staff has been so kind to him. We could not be more grateful to find this place.... Read more

Heartis took care of my mom and dad, and they treated us as a family. When my dad died, they were heartbroken just as we were. Staff are also very responsive to any needs we brought up.

Tuesday’s you’ll get an email about “tasting tuesdays”. How about “lack of training Tuesday’s”? The staff and management at Heartis Arlington are ill equipped to handle and redirect. Do not be fooled by the nice facility, staff is all that matters!

The staff at Heartis is wonderful. Very friendly and inclusive. The residents all seemed to be very happy. The facility is very clean. I was shown a studio accommodation. If your senior is still pretty active and interested in socializing this is a really great place.

I toured this facility and it has everything I am looking for. The memory care unit was active and the residents seem to be well monitored. Definitely on my short list.

Heartis Arlington is terrible. Look around before placing a loved on there. They harmed my mother mentally As well as with meds. The prescriptions had the wrong name and prescribers. The staff cannot de-escalate issues and in my opinion lacks proper training on protocols. Nice facility, however, don’t pick based on that as you will make a huge mistake. Pick based on a qualified staff and Heartis does not have that.

My name is [name removed] and my cell phone number is [removed] so anyone that wants to talk to me before placing a loved one at Heartis can call. Too much to write here, however, you will be shocked at the terrible stories I can tell you about the treatment my mother received. I am starting the process of filing with the state of Texas ( I haven’t rushed as my mother was and is my first priority) as well as making my singular mission of ensuring what happened to my mother does not happen to others. I am a long time CEO of several large Arlington businesses and never give out my cell but this is so important to protect the public from similar abuses my mother experienced that I urge you to call me day or night. We have lots of options for our loved ones so make an informed choice before picking Heartis.

Beautiful facility. Very new and fresh. Clean & friendly atmosphere. Thorough tour with full detail of what to expect. A little too much after visit contact. I received a call, postcard and letter within 2 days of visiting. I appreciate checking.

We toured Heartis and were very impressed. It's a beautiful property and is close by, but my loved one was worried about what would happen to her if her care needs increased. They don't have all levels of care here, and she was hoping for a place where she could settle and grow without having to move communities if she needed higher care.

I went on a tour her to place my mother. The staff was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. It was clean and a nice place but just didn't feel like a home. It just wasn't a good fit for her.

We did not like this community. The rooms were too small for the room rent. I did not like that they have a happy hour with a bar even though they limit the drinks for the residents it would not be a good environment. The person that did our tour it was obvious it was not part of their specific job duties but they did the best they could.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far everything is going good for her. The facility is very clean and has a lot of great amenities to offer all of the residents. She has had few up and downs since the move but the staff have been accommodating her to the best of there ability. The only thing I have a concern with is the lack of communication between the medical team and I. Overall I am pleased with the experience for her.

My husband, and I had a decent tour of this community. Everything went well for the most. Unfortunately I was very impressed with this facility, and I did find another community that suited our needs better overall.

A Place for Mom has scored Lynridge of Arlington 8.3 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
