They have an onsite doctor, so the resident doesn't have to leave. The community is very friendly. They have meals and you call ahead and eat with your loved one, prior to COVID. The staff makes sure my loved one gets to their room. There is a cell phone in my loved one's room to call us anytime they want. The community doesn't take this away from my loved one. There is a code for family members that come often, they give you a code to get in to see your loved one. The community calls me about once and month, and always has something positive to say about my loved one. Heritage Village gives my loved one an activity to assist other residents to get to dinner and other activities. My loved one says they love it here. The community called and said can we get a fridge for their room, since they weren't going on field trips which the money would've been used for on these outings.... Read more
