Highly recommend Heather Glen! Initially approached the community for a short term 2-week respite stay, which became a 4-week stay. The facility is beautiful and the staff is exceptional. Thank you!

Heather Glen is a beautiful, nicely appointed facility-- but even more significant is the professionalism, enthusiasm, and warmth of everyone working there including the administrator, the marketing director, the nurse, the activities coordinator, the med techs, and the caretakers. I appreciate the individual care and attention they give to my sister. It's impressive the effort all made to learn my sister's needs and interests. We are so happy that Heather Glen is now open. My family and I strongly recommend it!

Heather Glen provides my father with great care! They always welcome him and my family with open arms! Staff has made the transition very easy with moving him into his new home. Great staff, great place!

It is a great place for my dad to be! My dad loves the food served by Chef [name removed], the engaging activities held by [name removed], and all the care staff! When my dad moved into Heather Glen, he made a lot of great new friends (including his new best friend [name removed]!)

My aunt is a resident at Heather Glen and her need for senior care was rather sudden so we were not prepared with good research. We’ve had experience with three other senior living facilities in the Lehigh Valley. The level of the care, amenities, facilities and truly genuine, compassionate people at Heather Glen are just unmatched. The decision to place a loved one into an assisted living facility is gut-wrenching at best, but knowing that they are cared for liked family, in a gorgeous facility, makes it much less difficult.

I've always been very pleased with the care and concern with the staff at Heather Glen for my mother. It defiantly feels like home for her, I am always welcomed by everyone on staff. I have complete faith and trust in the staff who take care of my mother.

Heather Glen has been the best personal care place my brother has lived. I actually removed him from the previous place because of their lack of care/concern. Heather Glen has restored my faith that my brother can have a fulfilling life in a personal care facility. Everyone knows my brother, makes sure he is being cared for, assists him with daily activities, etc. Where they go above and beyond is by getting my brother to be involved in daily activities. Even when he doesn't actively participate, he still enjoys observing the activities. The care team has learned how to encourage my brother to be a part of the community. I see it every time I visit. There is always a staff member saying "hi" to my brother. And my brother says "hi" right back - not something he normally does. He trusts the people at Heather Glen and he enjoys being a member of this community.

Heather Glen is a community filled with people that care. My mother has Dementia and is in the Memory Care unit. She has also had some physical challenges which has expanded her overall needs in terms of care. Heather Glen has been so wonderful. My mother is receiving excellent care. She likes the food, she likes the caregivers, and has enjoyed the activities. When you visit, take notice that the caregivers are interacting with the Residents and the Residents actively respond to that personalized attention. In addition to the support they have given my mother, I feel that I am getting ongoing support in terms of the communication I have received. My mother had a brief hospital stay and the nurses called me with the updates from the hospital. Now that’s caring!

Hi [name removed], I want you to know how happy I am that my Mom got to spend some time living at Heather Glen. Unfortunately, due to her physical and mental decline, she needs Skilled Nursing, and had to leave your facility. When my family and I came to tour your facility over a year ago, we were overwhelmed by how bright, clean, and airy it is. Add to that the staff (nursing, PCA's, maintenance, custodian, activities, front desk, PT and OT, and you also!) treated myself, my family, and most importantly of all, my Mom with kindness and respect. It's never an easy choice to come to the realization that your parent needs some additional assistance with everyday tasks, but I always left the facility after visiting knowing she was in good hands. Communication with the nursing staff was stellar. They were always available to respond to any questions/concerns I had. Please let all of the staff know how grateful I am that you made my Mother's stay at Heather Glen a positive experience. I would highly recommend this Personal Care Home to anyone. Love Heather Glen!!! Heather Glen's Memory Care was the best choice for my Mom. My Mom was one of the first residents upon their opening in May of 2017. I have looked at many other Facilities prior to choosing Heather Glen but no other facility matched what Heather Glen had to offer. The brand new, modern and welcoming facility, it's convenient location, the upbeat and knowledgeable staff as well as other amenities is what made us choose Heather Glen. My Mom absolutely loves it there and it's all she talks about. She definitely feels welcome and comfortable there. I would definitely recommend Heather Glen for your loved one.
