Heartis Village Orland Park

The resident facility is really quite impressive. There is a huge emphasis on quality care to both residents and visitors. The level of customer service provided and cleanliness are second to none. I strongly recommend you take a look if you need these services.

This site has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile for anyone. The facility was very clean and welcoming. They always did everything they could to make residents feel welcomed and at home.

Our parents have been at Heartis for the last 3 years and are treated with the utmost respect. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. A welcoming concierge and caring staff are always around to greet and help you. The entire staff including: administration, care team, nurse staff, housekeeping, culinary and maintenance are visible and compassionate. The activities for the residents are fun and interesting. We just can’t say enough about this 5 Star community.

This senior living community combines elegance and care effortlessly. Residents enjoy spacious, sunlit apartments, beautifully maintained gardens, and a dedicated, attentive staff. With engaging activities and delightful meal choices, it’s a warm and vibrant environment where seniors can thrive and feel truly valued.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staff! They are always smiling and they are so welcoming! I've visited on several occasions and am impressed with their customer service.

Buyer beware. It would depend on their loved ones' care needs - I didn't feel they were adequately staffed and had very inconsistent service delivery - that compromised health and safety of residents. This is for memory care not assisted living.

It's all good. Very clean and staff are always helpful. Would definitely recommend Heartis Village Orland park.

I’m wring this review to honor all of the CNA’s who work in the memory care unit since, the facility is celebrating CNA’s this week.My family and I truly appreciate all of the CNA’s on the unit. Everyone has been very helpful, sincere and caring. They are very attentive when needed to assist the patient’s. Unfortunately, I don’t know everyone’s names but the following CNA’s I have gotten to know, and truly appreciate all they have done for my dad. Thank you to [names removed]. The best CNA's that I have worked with are: [name removed] These girls have helped me when I needed them. Also they stop in just to say hello and see how my brother is doing and when I see them in the hallway or elevator, they are so polite.

So many absolutely wonderful CNA’s but please recognize [names removed] all give their heart and soles to support my Mom [name removed] in room [removed], especially with all the bowel movement clean ups, very kind and never complain when ask to help, big hugs to all??

She handles my mom with utmost care and sensitivity, and brings a contagious laughter and joy with her every day. She is a one in a million! My father has been a resident in memory care for the past 2 1/2 years. He always receives such great care form all the care givers in his area. There is one special care giver that I was sad to see leave Heartis last year because she was such a hard worker. [name removed] has returned to Heartis this past month, and I am so happy she is back. She is always busy helping all the residents when needed and was definitely was missed while she was gone.

During the tour and vetting process, everyone was NICE, WONDERFUL AND ACCESSIBLE, from the marketing director, executive director, nursing director, etc. But immediately after my brother became a resident, no directors were reachable 99%of the time, only the concierge. I would be placed into their voicemails repeatedly; and no calls would be returned. The only reason I was able to meet with the Director of Nursing after more than a week of my and the hospital leaving messages was because I went up to Heartis and she happened to be there. Basically, I walked in on her. Even the social workers and nurses at the hospital complained that for a week they left multiple messages for the Director of Nursing but never received a return call which prompted me to go up there. The same experience was had with the Executive Director. It's a beautiful place from the outside looking in, and the people are nice but are by far not compassionate, mostly caring about the business, money and reviews – not the residents. Know that I am disheartened to have to write this review about Heartis.

I would tell others when touring the facility observe the caregivers. Do they seem happy to be working there, how do they interact with the residents, genuine smiles and attitude? Based off of our personal experience, I would recommend Heartis Village to others looking!

I would say that the front line workers have been excellent, the people who interact with my brother everyday, also the nurses and the director are generally easy to communicate with.

My Mom has been in Assisted Living at Heartis Village Orland Park for almost 2 years and recently transitioned to Memory Care. We could not be happier with the care she receives there. I know she is safe, healthy, anf treated with respect and kindness by everyone. Communication with Heartis staff and leadership has been extremely good. I highly recommend Heartis Village of Orland Park! It is safe, beautifully appointed, clean and a very happy place for your loved one.

There are lots of staff and all are very patient with the residents. The nurses are very good at communicating. The activities director and general director are always wanting to learn more about the patients and their likes/ dislike.

My mom was a resident at Heartis Village Orland Park for a short time and everything about her experience was positive. The staff was great! Very friendly. I would recommend this facility to others.
