[name removed] was very helpful in guiding us through the virtual tour. We saw a sample room and other areas of The Heritage. A difficult task Im sure due to covid however, my father really enjoyed his "visit!"

Green Hills is a great to have your loved on go for a great price. The food looked fine, but I didn't eat anything. My loved one kept weight on. The room was comfortable and beautiful for my loved one.

September 25, 2020Thank you for sharing a bit about your experience at Green Hills Manor. It was a pleasure to support your loved one, and we’re delighted you both were satisfied with the care we provided during their stay. We hope you’re both well, and wish you good health.
Depending on the situation, it is very helpful. I have good things to say. It took care of you and help get you back on your feet. The food was good, provided food with choices. The room sizes were average, yet acceptable.

Response from Green Hills Manor At The Heritage
September 9, 2020It was our pleasure to support you, Dennis, and we’re glad to have been a partner to help you get back on your feet. We appreciate your kind words about our community and services, and hope you continue to do well.
My husband is a resident in personal care at Green Hills Manor at The Heritage and I currently live in independent living at The Heritage of Green Hills. It is a great convenience for me to be so close to my husband, and the staff offers personal and exceptional care to the residents that need a little extra help.

Response from Green Hills Manor At The Heritage
August 20, 2020We really appreciate the positive feedback, Olive. There are many benefits to having health care on-site, but keeping loved ones together when they otherwise wouldn’t be in close proximity to each other is one of the most rewarding. You and your husband absolutely deserve it.
Although they have a wonderful staff, we were very sorry to move there. So many, many hidden costs. And it is not an "active" community, but more like a nursing home. If you are looking to move there, read your contract very carefully and be ready to be in a more nursing home committy. I think we have been scammed and lied to all over the place. They seem to want to sell apartments or villas rather than service the customer.

May 6, 2019Your feedback is very concerning and we hope you’ll reconnect with us to elaborate on some of your comments. We try to be as informative and transparent as possible with anyone who is considering us as a retirement option. I toured Green Hills Manor while looking at living options for my mother. I thought that the girl who took us around for the tour was super nice and very thoughtful. She asked about my mother and about my wife and I. However, I thought that the facility itself was more of a traditional nursing home, and seemed more chaotic. We were hoping for a more peaceful setting for my mother.

I had a tour of the community and I thought it was too small and out of the way for future visits. They were not a good fit.

My husband had a very nice tour of this community. This is a very nice community overall, but my husbands concern was the memory portion of the community. It only had 3 residents in it. He didn't feel this community would had been a right fit for his mother.

My aunt is doing well at this community. She likes the food and they keep the community clean. The staff take good care of her and I would recommend this community.

My tour of this community was okay. I found the layout of the community was odd. There are long uneven hallways. For the price they were charging you would think that your loved one will have their own bathroom, but not at this community. I did not get the feeling that this was the community for us.

The community looked to be in good conditions. The people were nice and they really did do a good job. I just did not like that they had limitations to what they do and do not do on certain things. The community was clean.

This clean community was our second choice. The prices were better than the other communities. The staff was nice, however we did receive mixed messages. We decided this would not work for us.

Since my mother has moved to Green Hills Manor she has dealt with some health issues that have required hospitalization. The staff has been so supportive and helpful not only to her but to us as a family. Thank you for helping all of us make this adjustment. We appreciate all of you!
