Glen Park at Valley Village

I did a virtual tour with Elizabeth. It is beyond clear that she loves her job and loves the facilities. I was most impressed that she knew the residents by name, and they all seemed to be excited to be on camera. (Most of them were eating lunch at the time.) Elizabeth answered all my questions and did a great job of making this process as easy as possible.

Has more ambulatory, alert and active residents. In mixed setting with Dementia patients . Open airy, clean facility multilevel. Multiple activity areas. Spacious rooms.

Valley Village Glen Park is respectful to the clients, food is healthy and adequate the facility is clean , service is good and the staff is helpful. [Removed]

I've been living here for about 7 years now so far the best years besides the fact this is a clean place and staff so nice, met my fiance here which I spend so much time with in the back patio because how peaceful and its beautiful garden.

I am very happy and comfortable ! all my need are met ,Its a very helpful and clean place to call Home ! The staff are very helpful and nice I've been living here for about 6 years this amazing place is where I met my soon to be husband it doesn't get any better than this. [Removed]

I have been a resident of Glen Park at Valley Village for more than 8 years and I can say this assisted living facility has been a life saver. From help with daily household duties, medication dispensing, etc. the assistance is tremendous. If you are seeking assisted living or other services provided I strongly urge you to take a look at this facility.

I'm sure it's probably cheaper than some places but it's too much like a skilled nursing home or an institution. I would be okay there but not my mother.

This community was clean and very spacious. The staff was very patient with residents and exhibited a truly caring spirit. This is an active community. Residents all seemed content. Mixed with those needing some care with memory loss. This is a privately owned assisted living and they offer a full continuum of care so families can depend on this company meeting every care need as needed. There is parking in the back of the building but you might miss the turn in if you don;t slow down. Looks like the all inclusive care package is easy to budget for because they do not nickle and dime you.

They do seem a bit understaffed. I go there every day to make sure things are getting done and sometimes I find that they do not have very many workers there for the work that needs to be done. Overall though it has been a good experience. The people that are there seem to be very happy. Things are good overall and continually getting better.

A place to ship your loved ones to if there's no other choice. Apathetic staff, nothing to do but watch TV, and there were crazy people coming up to us during the tour.
