Response from Friendship Village Sunset Hills
November 2, 2022Thank you so much for the wonderful review!
Friendship Village is very well-known in the area, and they had an amazing facility. They just were not confident they would be able to help with the level of care my loved one needed.

It's been 3 weeks and so far she's doing well. The registration process was well coordinated and smooth. The facility is extremely clean. The staff seems genuinely kind and courteous. I'm very extremely satisfied so far,

They've done an absolutely fabulous job so far! The staff are so friendly and so caring, and they treat the residents with dignity. They have plenty of activities to keep the residents active and engaged, and they're good about keeping to the schedule they set. They also work closely with your physician to make sure the care the residents receive remains consistent.

laundry- sheets included in cost/ personal laundry, We can do our own using share machine on their floor. group transportation is included. private trips to doctor, etc extra cost. 30 days notice if moving out/ emergency cord installed $100.00 to install- no cost after that, facility very clean, three story building, nice set up for visitors or watching tv. personal room- we look at 1 and 2 bedroom- bedrooms are small- 2 bedroom- best if they had one bed in each room because of size- planned activities

Another beautiful place and the studio room is bigger than both Sunrise places. The director is great and eager to show me around.
