my dad has been a resident here for a few months. I am very pleased with the care. Staff treats us like family. The place is kept clean and safe. I always enjoy coming to visit and feeling like the staff is listening. Couldnt ask for better. many thanks!!

All the staff is very attentive and seem to care about my friend. When I make a suggestion, the staff is receptive.

My dad moved into Diamond as an ALF resident about 7 months ago. He was in a different Assisted Living prior to Diamond as a result of left side paralysis after his stroke. He had almost nothing good to say about his prior living arrangements; however, his reports of his experience at Diamond have been overwhelmingly positive. When he had to go to the hospital for a medical emergency, the staff were waiting to welcome him when I brought him back. I'm amazed at how helpful they have been. Diamond has a wide range of visiting specialists which makes it convenient for your loved one to get the medical care they need. The receptionist actually returns voicemails (unlike prior establishments I've worked with), and the maintenance technician went out of his way to help me with Dad's TV and other things. This facility is smaller (fewer residents) than where Dad was before and I think that helps. They encourage Dad out of his room to participate in activities which has been great. Given we have experience to compare to, l'm optimistic and hopeful that this continues to be a great home for Dad. Thank you to the team!

I have been a resident for 6 years. I help people get adjusted when they move in. The food is excellent. The staff and residents are great.

I am so impressed! The staff is loving, and accommodating. The environment is both modern and warm , making it a welcoming and happy place to be. When your loved one needs to feel independent yet cared for, this is the perfect place to call home.

Brought my mother here after a traumatic experience at another facility. I was worried since she is fragile and needs extra care at times. Everyone here is so helpful and nice. They take the extra time to make sure she is comfortable and doing well and constantly checking on her. Very happy with the care given here and would highly recommend it.

I recently visited an old friend at Diamond and I was very impressed. The facility is clean and beautiful! I was greeted very warmly and there was a really comfortable homey feeling. It is warm it is caring and it also seems fun. My friend is very happy there and I was impressed.

Large enough not to be stuffy and small enough to give a feeling that's personal. I think Diamond is the goldilocks of the local assisted living options in this area. The building has been newly renovated tastefully and is clean and comfortable with its common areas and open airy hallways. The outdoors are gorgeous and sizeable. The updated and fully furnished rooms are a plus which other communities don't offer. More so, its rates offer an option for Medicaid supplement which is not common in these parts, making it an even better value than just a Goldilocks pick. Has all of the standard assisted living offerings including restaurant style dining and activities schedules, with care staff visibly walking the hallways and tending to the residents. The Executive Director and Sales staff are friendly and outgoing and overall, a great vibe. Affordable and valuable is how i would sum it up - the way a senior living should be!

A cautionary tale of my mother's time at (The New Diamond) Mom was locked in her room on her first night, left in pain and soaked in urine for hours... Staff had no key to help her!!

My loved one is currently a resident at Diamond Assisted Living and Memory care and the overall experience has been great for her. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals and activities are great. I think the value for the cost is also great. I would recommend Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care to others.

Our experience with Diamond ALF in Green Cove Springs, Fl has been quite positive. The staff is very attentive and the rooms and grounds are clean and attractive. The meals are good and mealtime always seems very inviting and pleasant. I’d like to recognize the special attention that [names removed] give to my mother, and also say that the director, [name removed] has always been willing to go the extra mile in finding ways to help make things as comfortable as possible. My mother enjoys the regular activities offered to the clients, and she particularly enjoys having her nails done on site. The medical support is very professional, and regular visits from a dermatologist and podiatrist have been convenient. My mother and father lived together at Diamond when the time came that my father needed daily support. When my father passed away, we asked my mother where she would like to live. She said she wanted to go home. We asked if she meant her previous home or if she wanted to live with us in our home. She said no, I want to go home where I am living now, at Diamond. [Name removed]

A caring, family atmosphere helped me through the end of my father's life. They were compassionate at all times.

Diamond Assisted Living Facility and Memory Care in Green Cove Springs, FL, is a great place to give your loved one a loving and caring place to be. I placed my husband there and he eventually became a member of the group. Of course he got to know all the ladies first and gradually met all of the men capable of talking. Everyone was part of the best audience he could get. The staff was always helpful and considerate of each resident and so considerate of their wishes. The admin staff assisted me in contacting the local veterans affairs officer for that county and he was a big help to us. I have no hesitation in rating them at the highest level. Too bad there isn't a 5 + rating.

I am very pleased how well they take care of my Mom. The staff is very friendly and they respond quickly to requests made by the residents. They have recently hired a new activities director. The staff will go to each of the resident's room to try and encourage them to participate in the activities. The community has had people come in and give mini concerts. They are working on getting someone to come in and do their hair. The food is very good. I have had the pleasure of dining with my Mom and they offer a good variety of healthy choices. Mom said, "They treat me like I'm their mom." She feels very respected and loved. There were a couple of occasions when the staff helped her feel better when she was feeling homesick. They are very gentle, no scolding. Mom is very content. Because I feel that she is in a safe and loving environment I am able to help my daughter while she is on bed rest during her pregnancy and I cannot visit my Mom as often as I usually do. I know Mom is in capable hands. I would highly recommend Diamond Assisted Living, they go out of their way to accommodate, and the cost is reasonable. I was also very impressed with A Place for Mom, they were very helpful in their followup and in helping us make the right move.

For our tour the staff member was on time and prepared for our questions. We were shown all areas of the community and an apartment. The people there didn't seem to be happy and looked to need high level of care. I felt there was nothing offered here. The staff were nice to meet but this would not be a good fit for an active person.

Has more walking space, helpful staff and owner. Has applied for Medicaid.
