Courtyard Manor of Fenton

This is a very clean community. The nursing staff are very friendly towards my mother all of the time. They have activities like chair exercise programs, arts and crafts, trivia and bingo, games and more for the residents to do. What they don't have is a music program which is what I would like to see and have been requesting and pushing for in the community.

We like this community. The staff were helpful and caring. We liked the menu of the meals. We liked the list of the nice activities. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one for the care and the value.

When I toured Courtyard Manor, I thought it was a nice place The tour guide that took me around was friendly and knowledgable. The place was clean, but they did not have any openings.

I liked this community when we went on our tour. The staff were nice and it is a small community. The Courtyard looked clean and it seemed to be an active community. They did not have any open beds at the time we toured.

My Mom is well cared for there. It is a clean,and well kept facility. One negative is,there is allot of noise all day, in the central dining/tv room.All levels of care are together. Management and staff are friendly and caring. Food seems pretty good mostly,but not always.

Staff and care level at the facility are both very good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The community room is primarily a dining area and TV watching area. The number of residents is low (20), allowing a low staff to patient ratio. One criticism would be that the facility has few organized activities for the residents. Individual activities are not restricted, and family has easy access to the residents, but interaction between the residents doesn't seem to be encouraged or facilitated through group activities. Location of the facility is nice, and parking is sufficient. Outdoor areas are easy to access, and friendly to individuals in a wheelchair. Overall it seems to be competently managed, and responsive to customers.

It's clean and the staff is friendly. She is doing a lot better there. They are able to meet her needs. It's still pretty new, it's only been a few weeks, but so far, I would rate them pretty highly.

The Staff is caring and friendly to my Dad. He gets along well with all the caregivers. They are also respectful and helpful with family members. Very nice and well kept facility.

Courtyard Manor has done such a fantastic job with my Mom, I can't say enough good things about them! Mom used to sleep all day in her previous community, but the staff at Courtyard Manor have really worked hard to get her active and involved. The difference has been like night and day! Her demeanor has totally changed and the only time she is in her room now is for a quick afternoon nap and to sleep at night. They have their eyes and ears on her all the time and are always right on top of things if she needs any help. The people here have really gotten to know her and really care about her!

Courtyard Manor of Fenton is pretty nice. The room's are spacious. The care givers are very caring people. My Mom tells me the food is good. And I am especially glad that it is a lockdown facility.

Overall they're doing a great job here! The facility itself is very clean and well kept, and the caregivers are very caring and compassionate towards the residents. They do a good job of keeping everyone comfortable, happy, and entertained. I haven't had a chance to stay for a full meal but, if the brownies are any indication, the food is excellent!

I have found all personnel associated with this Care Facility have always had my loved ones best interest at heart. They have been ever vigilant in providing him with all the attention he requires. They are friendly and loving toward him and are aware of his limits. My family, who actually selected this facility, are also happy with their selection.
