Caring, helpful, hard working staff. Easy to work with. As with any facility, always be present in loved ones care to stay on top of things. My dad is well taken care for with no major issues to report. I would recommend Symphony Linden to others looking.

Symphony along with all the great caregivers here take wonderful care of my mother. The staff is very friendly, and genuinely compassionate. Mom just loves the activities, especially the pub. I know when I leave Mom behind that she's in good hands. Thank you Symphony.

My father-in-law started living at Symphony Linden in March 2024 and we are thankful we found this facility for him. He has been there a few months now and is settled in and enjoying it. He especially likes physical therapy and the field trips. He is a particular eater and we are thankful they have an à la cart menu that allows him options. Symphony Linden has been going through a management shift since my father in law moved in so we had a slow start, but overall we are happy with his care, and he is happy there which is most important. My main point of criticism would be that I think they could use some electronic systems that would make it easier for family to keep up-to-date with medical information and the social calendar. I currently feel a bit disconnected and the only way to get information is to call and directly ask for it.

I was scheduled to move my Mom into a newly built assisted living that is fancy and modern. I was under the impression that new meant good care and services. At the very last minute, I decided to tour Symphony Linden at the recommendation from a current family and was immediately delighted by the charm of the center. Although it's not home, it felt more like my Mom's home. I also appreciated the experience and tenure of the staff. Mom has been there for a few weeks now and we are so far feel secure in our decision.

My grandma just moved into Symphony of Linden and is so thrilled with the staff and the living space she has. She has decorated her room to her liking and she said, “it feels like home and aides have been wonderful”. She even requested for me to buy candies so when they come in she has something to offer them, “because they are all so sweet”, she said. ?????? I’m so excited to know she loves it and feels so comfortable, especially at at the age of 93. We couldn’t be more grateful to the staff making her feel so welcomed. Thank you, thank you, thank you ??!!

Not even worth one star. My in-laws were placed here for long term care. It has been nothing but issues. Both of them require assistance with every day tasks including getting to the bathroom. My father in law requires a feeder at meals. There is rarely anyone available to feed him, letting his food go colder than it arrived and him to go hungry. My mother in law is a fall risk. She has fallen multiple times trying to get to the bathroom or assist my FIL with food/drinks due to lack of answer from call lights. Since there is no one to answer the main phone line after 8, takes forever to get ahold of a nurse, now my MIL has had an accident because they didn’t answer the call light. It’s now 8:30 at night and my FIL is just now getting food in him. Small part of a long list of issues. We are calling corporate for the second time in 2 weeks. We should not have to call up there every time they need something to get someone to go in there. Run far away from this place. What a joke!

I have a relative living here and in the last 6 months the changes have been wonderful. The facility is under new administration and everything from staffing to residents, cleanliness and care has noticeably changed. This should not be a one star facility. Worst place ever I was there 2 1/2 weeks changed my bed twice food always cold people work there didn’t care bathroom dirty put my dirty items from changing me in trash by bed took for ever to answer lite would not take a dead dog there needs to clean house on everyone there top to bottom giving out pills to me I didn’t even take place in it for money nothing more close it down

We were at this community for a short time for care. It was not a good time when we were here . The staff were nice, but sometimes they were late on getting her medication .The meals need some improvement. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care that is available for a loved one.

These are my first impressions of Care-Tel after two months of service for my mother. While she was initially apprehensive, my mom is very appreciative of the care she is getting. She likes the food, and someone regularly checks up on her. Care-Tel is quiet and orderly. The caregivers seem well-trained, friendly, and generally attentive. Of course, I would appreciate them to be even more attentive, as my mom struggles with her dementia and is quite withdrawn. The medical staff is available and knowledgeable. Management seems professional and courteous. This is a large facility, but each of several sections are somewhat independent. It is spacious and clean, and the caregivers keep their daily responsibilities on a good schedule, as far as I can tell. Meals are prompt. My mom is not yet brave enough to jump into the activities, but they, too, seem to be well-coordinated and prompt. Guests seem to get the attention they need, but in our case, I would like them to be more assertive in their encouragement. I appreciate the effort put forth by this staff. With many variations of guests to support, I have yet to hear even a hint of exasperation from any employee. For my mom here at Care-Tel, so far so good.

When my mother was first going to move in, they only had a shared room available. When we saw it, it's nothing like we had in mind! The room has a wall separating the 2 beds and each side have its own big window and furniture and my mother loves it! The place has multiple levels of care with hallways big enough to fit her wheelchair so when I visit we are able to walk around without having to go outside. The staff takes very good care of the residents. They have alot of activities, always something going on. They have music exercise, bouncing ball, and arts an d crafts just to name a few. Also, in the gathering area, they have a large closed area with birds, my mother loves to sit there and watch them. When we leave to walk around, my Mother is always happy to return to her area.
