Vicinia Gardens Luxury Senior Living is a great place! Staff is engaging and helpful. Facility is update, clean and homey. My dad is very happy there

Vicinia is really nice place. The staff is very friendly and my parents enjoy the staff. My parents aren’t crazy about the food and feel that the cleaning crew for the apt is just okay but I believe they are being somewhat picky and are just not happy to have to move into a place. The longer they are there the more open they have been to the food. The fellow residents are friendly and caring. They look out for each other. Vicinia did try to change the Sunday meals to just one in morning but the residents vetoed that soundly. I was disappointed that theyd even try that but was happy to hear they listened to residents. There are many activities to enjoy for social interaction.

My mom seems to be fitting in just fine. The first few weeks were rough, but she seems to be acclimating to her new home. The staff is friendly and they do keep the patients and facility clean. The variety of food is good. They do have several activities, so that is also good. All memory care facilities are expensive. But if they are safe and well taken care of, it is worth it.

I went there to visit my daughter... It was super clean and organized in a home setting... Everyone was nice and professional.. they looked professional also... The residents were out and just wondering and doing what they wanted so I thought that was nice also...

The outings are top tier. We do a lot of fun things that a lot of other facilities don't do. I've toured other facilities & no one else compares!

This facility is the cleanest facility I have visited. It truly feels like a home. This facility truly seems to value it being the residents home & not a busniess.

From the first day the staff at Vicinia have been well trained, professional, personal, and accommodating! Moving mom there has been the best decision I've made since her battle with Alzheimer's began. Thank you Vicinia!!

We moved my mother to Vicinia Gardens in [date removed]. The building and my moms apartment are the perfect size, but its really the people that I love so much. I cannot say enough about how kind and wonderful everyone is! Within 2 weeks we saw a significant improvement in mom's communication and social skills. I credit the Vicinia staff for this! The activities they provide are outstanding and are ongoing throughout the day. The outings they offer are another highlight of this facility. It gives my mom a safe, yet independent opportunity to go out in the community. The caregivers are an exceptional group of individuals. Always caring, kind, nurturing and attentive. We were blessed to find our way to Vicinia Gardens.

The most caring and wonderful staff ever. They were kind and as gentle as possible with my mom. They went out of their way to provide foods that she would like. It's a clean and fresh smelling environment. I did not regret having her stay there and never felt like she wasn't being well taken care of.

Vicinia Gardens is such an excellent senior care facility. The facility is a beautiful and save place. The staff are all caring and supportive and helpful to the residents. Our parents are in such great care. Our family is so grateful for all they do for them.

The tour guides were excellent and really made the place feel wholesome and inviting atmosphere. They were very thorough and answered all my questions I had. All the residents I met during the tour seemed like they really enjoyed the place and were very happy. The workers of the facility were very nice and welcoming.

Upon touring assisted living I was very overwhelmed but my tour guide was very kind and energetics she helped me feel at ease. At the end of the tour she ended up giving me her personal work number so I could call her or text her if I had any more questions which really made me feel better. The rooms were very spacious and the residents were very nice.

I would not recommend Vicinia Gardens to anyone. In my opinion, the help is very unprofessional. Especially the night help.

I have not only placed my father but now my mother with Vicinia Gardens. They are so attentive and caring towards both my parents, and they all go above and beyond. The best part was that as my Dad declines they have the buildings to continue his care. We are proud to be part of the Vicinia community, and I highly recommend it!

I think the biggest problem that we have had was that I have had 2 family members here and we find out after the fact that things do not work like we think they would, they assume families know the ins and outs. We also had an issue where my loved ones room the shower was broke and it took a long time to be fixed. But overall I would still recommend the facility to others looking

We chose Vicinia Gardens because I was happy with the cost compared to others we looked into because everything is included in the monthly rent. It is also very close to my house. I think they could use improvement on communication to families on what is going on inside the facility and updates on my moms care. That is critical especially during these times of not being able to go inside the facility.
