everything as I have had limited or no experience with other facilities. I am happy overall with her care there as well as the dedication of the staff. It compares in price with most. Getting my mother to participate at [ age removed] is going slowly but she is enjoying her room and her dining companions.

We really like the open floor plan for the residents can walk all over the place and have access to the staff members

The admissions (marketing manager) director was very helpful and kind and instilled confidence right away. My dad was made to feel at home. Every staff we have encountered has been knowledgeable and eager to help. I highly recommend Brookdale!

The director and staff were excellent to work with and were observed by us to be responsive, engaging, and caring in their interactions with the residents. They made the facility feel like a home and community, thereby giving us the reassurance that we needed that we were leaving our loved one in good hands and in a good place. We looked at several facilities and judged this one to be the best - by far!

We looked at 4 other places and chose Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard because they were just heads above the others we saw. The staff is very caring towards the residents. The outside appearance is also very nice. I would recommend this facility to other families looking.

I have been pleased with the care my loved one is receiving. There is a real sense of community, this includes the residents and families along with the staff. The staff have been great to work with and communicate with if I have questions or concerns. Field trips, planting of gardens, movies, games, exercises, and more are some of the activities offered to the residents. The community set up a nice anniversary for my loved one and myself. They went above and beyond to make this happen. There is a family night each month in the community. It is a smaller community compared to other communities.

Brookdale Centre Pointe has a very homey environment, my loved one is comfortable here.

Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard is very welcoming. It's a small and personal community. They're very receptive to my calls - they even recognize and know me by my voice when I call - and they keep you informed. I've already recommended them to friends. They do a great job with the food. The activities person is wonderful. We're just very pleased with what they're doing. And compared to other places, I think the value is good.

I would recommend it to others. They are friendly, they would contact you or you could contact them no matter what time. They seemed to be great. They would assist you no matter what you needed. They did allow phone, virtual visits; the staff would help the residents with these.

The community is very clean and we have never visited and seen any mess or smelled any odor. My mother's room is always clean as well. They do have activities available for the residents to participate in and they are pretty good. We do feel Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard is a good value for the price.

The staff was always receptive to talking to us any time we needed. They did a good job with taking care of my aunt and were always willing to help when we needed it. Overall, the community was kept clean. There were a couple of times, however, when I thought my aunt's bathroom wasn't clean and they could have done a better job with keeping up with her belongings. They did keep up with her medication well and always made sure that she was able to get to the dinning room for mealtime. My aunt wasn't always able to participate in the activities, but they did have things available for the other residents. The activities director was very good about keeping us informed about what they were doing. We definitely Brookdale was a good value for the price. The only issue I ran into was that I didn't think they had enough staff on hand at any given time.

Overall, the community was clean, although sometimes we thought my mother's room could be cleaner. The staff was very friendly. They were good with communicating about my mother's care. Having eaten there a couple times, the food was pretty good. I would come in at different times a day and the activities staff always seemed to have things going on like memory quizzes or bingo or live entertainment.

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. From what I saw I felt this community was for more advanced dementia patients. It is a good looking community. Everything appeared to be well maintained. They have nice activities available for the residents. The residents were kind. Unfortunately this community wouldn't had been a good fit for my mother.

This facility is okay. The staff is nice, but they seemed short staffed at times and there is a high turnover rate. The facility is kept clean as far as I could tell. There seem to be quite a few activities for the residents to do. There is room for a lot of improvement here.
