Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard

Brookdale Senior Living embodies all the excellent we were looking for in their super clean, well managed facility to the superior professional. courteous staff. Our mother is content and well cared for.

It has been over a year since my loved one was here and they replaced most of the staff. Facility is very nice and accessible. Programs are great.

Facility is very clean, more attention could be given to patient rooms but clean overall. [name removed] is amazing and really goes the extra mile to meet the needs of my Mr. [name removed] does a great job or keeping residence engaged. He interacts with individuals and groups.

The visual appeal of the sun area is good, but they need more frequent room checks. Based on the experience we have had so far, we are unsure we would recommend Brookdale Centre to other families at this time.

I feel that adding one or two more staff (CNAs) would bring everything up to a "5". We love Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard . The nurses on staff are wonderful.

Smaller facility (about 35 residents) is a big plus. The rooms are decent size, but do not have individual thermostats. The patios are pretty, though need more frequent cleaning due to high pollen counts here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The facility smells fine. The food is bland and repetitive, and what is served never matches the posted menu. Review the invoices diligently. The facility is very helpful in clearing up strange charges that appear.

It is small (35 residents), with a stable and experienced staff. The facility is on one floor (no stairs or elevators) and in quiet but very convenient neighborhood. It is a beautiful building with lots of openness and light. The staff encourages communication with the families and someone knowledgeable is always available. I am not impressed with the food but it appears to be nutritious and adequate. The administration is very helpful in trying to offer my husband choices and options. They have also dealt professionally with mental health issues and medical emergencies. They have made me feel comfortable that we are a team

My mother has been a long term resident at Brookdale. I appreciate all the attention and dedication the staff shows my mother. I know I made the right decision by moving her into the community. I have seen my mother thrive and make great friends.

I have visited my friend at the community for a few years and she is always engaged and living the best life she can with her dementia. She may not always remember me but the staff does. I know that she is in loving hands.

I want write to a brief review to show the staff at Brookdale Centre Pointe how much I appreciate all they do to care for my mother. They love her and care for her like she is their own. Their servant spirit shows every time I come to the community. I appreciate everything they do for my family.

Mom has a lovely room that she feels very much at home in. The staff are friendly and always helpful when ask for needed items or help. The activities are enjoyable and the holidays are celebrated in grand style.

The staff are very friendly from the top managers to the daily caregivers, cooks, and maintenance folks. The staff shows genuine care for the residents. They know and understand each individual's needs. The staff keeps family members updated if anything special happens - good or bad. We are so happy that we brought mom here and we can rest easy knowing that she is in good hands. Thank you so much Brookdale Staff!

The staff have all been welcoming and kind to Mom. There are many regular activities for residents, including music programs that Mom enjoys participating in and singing along with. At 98 1/2, it is heart-warming to see her take pleasure in these activities. As her daughter, I also appreciate that she is safe and well cared for.

I feel like we were lucky to have landed at Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard. I looked there before, but my mother had a wound that they were unable to take her for (this was the first I learned about this and it is true of all ALFs. They were very helpful in explaining this and my mother received skilled nursing until she was healed enough to be accepted). The staff is very friendly and caring. They know all of the residents, and their personalities... And they know the families. I am always recognized when I visit. They always know right where she is. They keep me in the loop when she's having problems (my mom has a few), and always notify me if something concerning is happening. The move in process was easy. We were able to set her room up to be homey for her, hanging pictures and bringing in her furniture. I can't really attest to the food... My mom is an incredibly picky eater. She believes herself to be "allergic" to most everything, and there are days when she lives on eggs and applesauce. She will eat other things occasionally and the staff has been good at finding her things that she will eat. I would recommend Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard to anyone who needs Memory Care.

I rate all 8 categories a 5. I was extremely pleased with the care my husband got, their sense of community and their concern for me. The main reason we chose Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard initially was because of the quality of care for the residents as well as families and available daily activities provided. Room sizes in memory care are spacious. my loved one had a queen bed, dresser, and recliner and there was plenty of room to maneuver his wheelchair.

The staff at Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and inviting. My loved ones share a room in memory care and the room is decently sized for the both of them.

We are pleased with my loved ones care there. We picked the community because, it has a great facility layout, friendly staff, and was a good price.
