Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I think they're a little short-staffed right now, but so is everywhere else. Housekeeping seems pretty good, other than she's been without toilet paper once or twice. My mom really enjoys the meals - she says they're tasty and healthy. From the very beginning, with touring Brookdale Arrowhead Ranch to moving in, the staff has been great. My loved one had some trouble adjusting, but the staff was very patient with her. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals and value for cost are also great. My loved one won't participate in any of the activities, so I don't know anything about them. I would recommend Brookdale Arrowhead Ranch to others.

when my mom first came to Brookdale 2 1/5 months ago she was a very unhappy and negative person. Now she is very happy. I have seen such a change in for the better. Brookdale has made all the difference

My mom is a resident at Brookdale Arrowhead Ranch. The meals are good, the staff is very friendly, it's small enough that all the staff know all of the residents, they have a very pretty and well-cared for courtyard that is completely surrounded by the building so my mom can have her desired outdoor space without the fear of getting lost. Overall they have been very friendly and accommodating and I would recommend the facility to others, especially for residents who may need extra observation due to memory issues but don't have advanced enough Alzheimer's/dementia yet to need a Memory Care unit, though they have that too.

My mom has been at Brookdale for several months now, and I cannot be happier with her care! They go beyond with all of the activities and keep her happy and entertained. She is clean and well cared for. And the communication has been awesome. She is in the memory care section, and I feel that they take very good steps to keep them safe and secure. The staff here is so loving, and they truly seem to care about the residents.

Our family had an in person tour and it was not a good fit for us. Our Mom needed more care than they could offer at the time. Their memory care unit was very small. They were geared more for assisted living. I'd give them a 5 if you only need assistance living it's a very nice facility. Their memory care unit maybe a 3. You are restricted to the back of the facility only. I felt closed in. Didn't have access to the larger dining area or TV areas. Plus the outside are for the memory care was also very small. I understand they have a total memory care facility at their sister unit but I didn't tour that facility.
My family thought it was a nice facility. The front office was always helpful and courteous. The staff was caring and kind to my mom and dad . I would recommend this facility to those families who need assisted living and memory care for their loved ones.

[name removed] is amazing. She has made everything so easy is very polite and talks very highly of her staff and Brookdale. She made us feel apart of a family.
Staff is very friendly, facility smells clean, facility is very clean, residents seem very sweet and nice.
The tour was fine, except that I couldn't talk to anybody who could make decisions and give insight on whether my loved one would be in assisted living memory care. They showed us only assisted living on the tour. Their common area was fine but not as up-to-date as the palace we chose. But the friendliness of the staff seemed really good.

When we walked into Brookdale, it seemed more institutional. We were looking for something that was a little more homey and comfortable feeling. I will say though, the memory care part of the facility was spotless. It was just not the right fit for our loved one.
We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The place is nice but could uses some updates and some fresh carpeting and painting. It is showing signing of age.

The tour was great and I actually believed everything I was told about how caring they all were. The nite staff is lazy and play on their phonesand ignore the residents to the point that the residents were asking my family members for something to drink because they were so thirsty! My mom had a slip and fall and had to go the E/R.-luckily she was ok butthe hospital diagnosed a UTI-why didn't Brookdale know this?? Unexplained bruise on her finger-clothes missing even though her name was on everything. If your loved one is not a "stepford wife" don't go there. They truly only want residents that will just sit there and do nothing. My mom had "behaviors" and they transported her to the hospital for evaluation-the hospital got her meds under control but Brookdale wanted her to go to in patient therapy which the hospital clearly said she did not need-[name removed] insisted until the hospital agreed to put her there they would not take her back--THANK GOD we moved her to a memory care facility that can handle "Sundowners" with no issues even though [name removed] said "no place will take her with her behavior". He accused the hospital of lying and felt like they were just keeping her drugged which was not true at all.
