Bonadventure is a nice, clean place. The employees are kind and helpful. They offer activities for those who choose to partake. I would recommend this facility to others. It is important to stay on top of what they are doing vs. the family. We do the laundry some of the time, sometimes it is done for us, etc. We visit frequently and I think that is important and necessary.... Read more

The staff is very friendly but it seems they'll do their job and if you need anything else you have to be outgoing and make sure to ask them or it won't get done. They have a schedule but it's not kept like they're supposed to be movies but there's never anybody there and stuff like that just like there's no interest to do anything. They need to hire a different cook.

Our choices were limited because we wanted a place that would allow him to smoke but after a year I think we'd have gone with them anyhow because the facility is new and nice and the amenities are great. I would recommend to others.I'd say the staff are very nice and friendly and that my Dad likes it there.

A few things to note. Staff at front desk, RN and not around after 7pm. If anything is needed you have to go find a caretaker which not always can help you. They are not 24/7. Make sure you get an assessment that is thorough. They say they can handle but then call you and say they can't.

They are going through a lot of staff challenges, so the food is good when they have staff available. The people taking care of my loved one are very caring. The communication, with the administration needs to improve. [name removed]from A Place for Mom was just fabulous, and really helpful.

The biggest concerns for us was management - they had a hard time and the communication and was poor. There was a lot of change of staff and training for assistants was poor. There was a major lack of communication on what was going on inside the facility from our loved ones point of view as well. Staff was friendly and listened to our concerns, but nothing would change. A lot of the staff quit during their stay here as well.

It is more of an upscale apartment complex. They don't provide any care needs that my loved ones needed. It would be too large and too confusing for my loved ones.
This was a nice community and had friendly staff. The drawback was that it was too big for my loved one.
