Regarding memory care, I was told residents would be taken on outings but that never occurred while my loved one was there. Activities are not really patient centered as promoted in Marketing. Snacks offered could be healthier. Fresh fruit appeared to be limited to breakfast. Not sure all staff are adequately trained to deal with Alzheimer patients. Some of the furniture needs replacing in common areas. Dining room chairs are heavy and make loud screeching sounds on the floor that are not conducive to Alzheimer patients. I did mention this to staff on more than one occasion.

I do recommend the place. My mother prefers to spend a lot of time alone so she spends most of her time in her room. Staff is friendly. It would be nice if they had some sort of App or Web Portal to be able to communicate with staff through.

I moved my uncle to this facility because he started needing more and more support. For transfers, he needs a Hoya lift. He needs to have virtually everything done for him. This was one of the few places with that type of care. He gets food delivered to his room. The food seems okay, not great. Given his condition, there are food spills and other spills that have left carpet and furniture stains. They make attempts to clean, but there are stains. When I am there, it seems like the staff makes an effort to check in with him and joke around with him, which he likes. What is different about the staff here vs a smaller place he was in is that there seems to be a large turnover or maybe a lot of contract staff. He seems to get good care but for me, I have not been given a consistent point of contact. At his last place, there were 2 or 3 people who were always available to me. As such, I also feel like they do not reach out as much. I will give high ratings to their occupational therapist, who has been extremely helpful. In summary, I think he gets good care there, and this is about my only option for his needs. But it does not seem as personal and I have to reach out to get most information.

I would and I am sure my mother would give each of those categories a 5. She really loves Benchmark, the services and employees. The nurses are very attentive to my mother's needs.

We picked this community because, it was the only place in the area that could accommodate the physical needs of my loved one at the time, location, and the place looked great at the time of the tour. They have lack of activities, which causes lots of boredom for the residents. Communication between family and staff needs improvement.

We went here for more support for my uncle needing help transferring. The staff is very experienced and good at this. We came from a smaller facility where staff visited residents frequently. Found this larger facility to be less personal. However, they have excellent physical and occupational therapy support. My uncle gets it delivered to room usually. Often cold, in Styrofoam. He needs more help with it than they usually give.

I would definitely recommend the community to a friend-especially because of the staff, they take care of my parents like they were their own. My dad had a seizure the first month there. Everyone from the waitstaff to maintenance/cleaners to front desk to the nursing staff were fantastic. They handled everything like professionals and were so kind and caring to my mom as my dad had to stay in the hospital for a couple of days. They were in constant contact with me about both of my parents daily. They made sure my mom was cared for being alone. When my dad came home the care continued until they both were settled from the incident. Benchmark was the best decision we made.

We toured Benchmark SL at Nashua Crossings, as well as several other places, and I thought they were all really good. They were very similar to one another. The people I met and interacted with were great. They were very helpful and very informative. And it was obvious that they care about what they do and the people that they serve.
The Benchmark Senior Living community really goes above and beyond, we had no problems whatsoever during the duration of our loved ones stay. The staff members were fantastic and anytime we had questions or concerns they always got back to us with a timely response. They really were top notch and we absolutely loved them. One thing we really liked to see is on a day we came to visit they had transportation come in and take the memory care residents out for a day for a change of scenery.

Unfortunately, my parents weren't there long enough for me to have an accurate opinion. I can say that the place was very clean, the business staff was helpful - the care givers were friendly but seriously overworked because of staff shortages

Our family had an in person tour experience and the tour was fine, but it was just not a place we would want our husband we do not think they were set up to handle his level of care.
We chose Benchmark Senior Living because I got a very comfortable feeling the first time I walked in here, there was just a warmth to the environment. The room sizes are plenty big, especially because they don't want the memory care residents in their rooms a lot so they can be out in the common areas together. I am always thanking the staff an really appreciate all of their efforts. They all seem happy and are always laughing with each other which sets a great tone for the residents. I would absolutely the facility to others looking.

We did a tour with this community, and it was very nice. The tour was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider.
The community had a full slate of activities each day for the residents. The staff did a good job at getting residents involved in activities. Our loved one had a short stay in the community. I have only positive things to say about the community. The staff were always attentive and friendly.

The community is usually very clean. The staff is also usually very friendly. We have had no concerns or complaints at all. They have been very careful during the Covid-19 pandemic and we have been very pleased with their response. It is expensive, however we do think Benchmark Senior Living At Nashua Crossings is a good value for the price. We are very grateful that my mother can reside here.

I toured Nashua Crossings, and thought that it was a newer, very nice community. It seemed to be an independent, lively place, but I was uncomfortable with the fact that they had a base price for care, and anything additional was added on depending on they types of care needed. It's a quite expensive system.
